  1. Does anyone know how to get the discount code? It's just that I want to place an order this afternoon if possible .. http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/WY21W- ... -pair.html BTW What's the difference between the T20 fitting and the WY21W fitting? People have said that it's the T20 fitting but the link above has no mention of T20 ...
  2. Thanks for the heads up on the Silvertec bulbs Beavis ... I hadn't even considered the brightness of the bulb ... I would probably have bought them had you not mentioned anything ... Are the bulbs in the link you posted the correct fitment for the Zed?
  3. Hi and to the club! I normally use either Tesco 99 ron or Sainsburys Super Unleaded ... Occasionally I do fill the Zed up with reguar unleaded ... I don't think it does any damage but you'll probably notice performance decrease slightly ...
  4. Thread revival! Can anyone confirm if these bulbs will be ok to use for the front indiators: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ULTRA-SILVERTEC-C ... 2559675ffe
  5. Just thought I'd mention that I saw these in the flesh today while I was at CS getting my brakes sorted ... I have to admit that they are excellent and I'm very surprised that I was able to resist not having a set ... If it wasn't for my insurance being due this month I'd have definitely drove out of there with them fitted! Hmmm ... got to try and raise some money now ... what's the going rate for a kidney in the current economic climate?
  6. I got the bulbs from eBay .. but Andy fitted them for me while I was there ... Here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT
  7. Mitz, Those spacers looked great! I only wish I didn't have so many expenses coming up else they would have been on the car without a second thought ... I think next month should be abit better so I'l definitely be giving you a shout for a set! Thanks for everything today though!
  8. Hi, I just wanted to thank CS for yet another sterling job on my Zed today... I got new discs and pads fitted as well as some LED sidelight bulbs (seeing as the wheels were off) .. Andy and Mitz did a Great job and I'm very pleased! BTW Here's a before and after picture of the sidelights ... I think it's a major improvement! Now all I need to do is change those orange indicator bulbs for some silver ones
  9. Have you tried reading the code using the flashing light method yet? It's probably your best bet if you can't find anyone with a JBM compatible OBDII reader ... Good luck with it anyway ... and keep us informed ..
  10. It does sound very similar to Shire's issue a while back ... I've just noticed that you've posted this in the JDM Import section ... The only problem I can think of is that most OBDII readers don't really work with import vehicles ... Have you tried the ECU Reset procedure? You can read the error code by counting the flashing CEL just before you reset the ECU ... might be worth trying that if the CEL is currently lit .. You can find the Reset procedure in the Guides section.
  11. I think your first step is to get the CEL code read ... That should give you a good idea of where to start diagnosing the problem ... Where abouts are you based? There's a thread listing members with OBDII readers which you might want to check ...
  12. BRO-T, Did you loose power completely while driving? This sounds a lot like what Shire had with his Zed ... I too was having very similar problems however I never actually lost power Have a look at the thread link below: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=27455&hilit=crank+position
  13. Happy belated birthday dude ... The Zed looks cool! BTW: you might want to get a new front number plate as the corner looks chipped ...
  14. Mitz does the Yellowstuff pads for £120 (front and back) delivered .. I'm having mine fitted at CS this week sometime ...
  15. Mark .. What tyres do you have on your Zed? I used to find that my zed wasn't too good in the rain until I changed my tyres from the Bridgestone RE040's to the Falken 452's ... now it feels a lot better to drive in the wet ..
