I've had a set of these fitted a few months ago and they are so much better than the RE040's .. You won't be disappointed with them ...

I'm not 100% but wouldn't a clay bar help remove the tar from the paintwork?

I'm fairly sure that the older units can only be updated to the 2006 maps ... I also have a 2004 Zed with the Birdview Sat Nav ... Please let me know how you get on as I'd also be interested if the upgrade works!

Great guide mate ... I purchased the quick detailer you mentioned a few months ago but haven't used it yet as I wasn't 100% sure on what to do ... I think I might give it a try this weekend on a small area at first before I go for the more visible areas ...

I accidently found the interior boot release a few weeks ago ..

I have a set of the Phillips SilverVision bulbs on the front of my Zed and think they are Brilliant! They are much brighter than the normal bulbs and IMO are fine in the day and night ... I wish I'd purchased another set at the time as I want to change my rears soon and don't know which ones to go for now ... I won't be going for the Silvatec's in any case ..

Spotted today at 4:45pm pulling out of a side street onto London Road in Leicester I didn't catch the number plate but think it began with R ..

It's not a bad first attempt .. But it could be much better ... just my opinion
