This, I had very similar damage in what looks like very similar circumstances and insurance wrote it off. Mine was an 06 roadster though. The value to retain the vehicle was too high though and the car popped up on a eBay a few months later "repaired" and went for pretty much what I could've bought it back for. Sad to see but start building your evidence for value. Don't forget unless you have your mods declared and insured they will only consider stock book price. Mine was totally standard so that made my life a little easier. Oh and even though I pushed my insurers to repair it was down to the discretion of the other parties insurers to write off which really pee'd me off. Good luck though EDIT. I know it's difficult but treat it as a business transaction. It's easy to get emotional about the car and the fact you are effectively an innocent by stander to someone else's stupidity. I did with myself and my life suffered for a while as the other party was being a complete douche about it.

This. Also they allow me to sneak into the office when I can't sleep and have a gaming session..... The office tv is smaller than the main one but at 46" I can't complain

So of you're buying a headset adapter or the MS stereo headphones which are bundled with said adapter you need to update the firmware in your controller by getting the march update then plugging your controller in through USB. I plugged mine in last night and no update so in assuming it needs to detect the adapter too. Just a heads up for those who do plan on getting one

Glad she's on the mend and that does sound gross. It was her annual checkup and Thursday, all was well and she had her booster but she's had diarrhoea since. We thought it was just a side effect but I noticed a little blood on her walk earlier and my partner said she thought she saw some yesterday. Explained to the vet, they asked us to take her in and fortunately it's a very mild infection. I must say we have fantastic vets, it's the second time we've had to take her there at short notice. They are great with her and she loves seeing them. Edit: sorry for taking this a little off topic, I really did think of how stressful and upsetting it must've been for you.

Same here. I said I wouldn't get titanfall but found myself looking for deals today. That said there is a free DLC for GTA V due Tuesday which includes new story missions so that will probably tide me over.

A friend from work posted this up last week. He worked out it would be cheaper to fly to canada, have a couple of weeks holiday with an hours flight onboard for the same price they want to charge for a 30 minute flight over here. He had a ride in one they are restoring last year, it was only a tail down run on the runway but he said it was an amazing experience. Will be amazing to see them in formation though

Good point re the insurance rabbit I hadn't thought about the fact some people do insure third party only. I actually think paying "road tax" through fuel is the only fair way to do it but the government won't as they will lose revenue and be seen to hiking up the cost of fuel. These e-petitions always seem to be put together by someone who has thought it a great idea while talking it through with their mates over a few beers and literally submit it there and then.

I sort of get you but the "tax" doesn't pay for road maintenance. The point about insurance is invalid as your vehicle is insured when you aren't driving it. It could still be hit by someone else who drives off, stolen or burst into flames as a giant walkie talkie shaped building focused the suns rays on your pride and joy. I saw this e petition on Facebook a month or so back and I'd noted on the person who had posted it to their time line that is was full of inaccuracies, spelling mistakes and complete miss use of terminology. It looks like the author has tidied it up but not by much.

@ Squee. I have you know that it's made of the finest gold Coloured plastic They got a foosball table in work and that was the winners trophy. Someone ordered it off eBay and to be fair it's actually a pretty good replica. The picture doesn't do it or me justice. And I have to agree all the ladies in this thread are pleasing on the eye but I bet they wish the same could be said for the men

This was my initial thought too, another dot com bubble. Maybe the value is not only down to the user base but the patents they own and their future worth?! Wasn't Facebook rumoured to be developing a mobile device a year or so ago? This would fit in nicely with that plan.

Really?! I've used it from time to time for what feels like years and never paid a penny. I only installed as my OH insisted I did. I only see it useful for picture messaging and "texting" family and friends over seas where my unlimited texts in my phone tariff doesn't apply but that's rare. It just seems an absurd amount of money.. I think I'm getting old

Profit is irrelevant but I must admit when I first heard this I thought a decimal point was missing and even then I struggled to understand how an app was worth 1.9bn considering I've never had to pay anything and it's ad free.... Where is ANY revenue coming from?!

I'm not too familiar with Manchester however we've had a couple of good meals in Panama hatty's. Curry mile is out of town but a good shout. Friends of ours went to Reds true barbecue earlier this week and said it was enjoyable. There is a Gaucho's too but never tried the Manchester one. It really depends what you want out of it as Manchester will cater for both ends of the spectrum and anywhere in between.
