  1. Currently playing "trials frontier" on the iPhone. Great for those long boring conference calls... Just make sure your camera is off and mic muted
  2. Most of mine have been covered but I'm surprised modern family hasn't been mentioned (unless I missed it) When working from home I like watching.... I mean having on in the background Flip men Storage hunters Lizard lick towing Babylon 5 And old top gears. Used to be a huge red dwarf fan and could remember pretty much everything about it but it's been slowly squeezed out of my memory recall. Oh and blackadder, great serious oh and father ted. I could go on and on
  3. I like that. Look forward to seeing a review once you've chosen and had it for a month or so
  4. Well I've installed my ancient PC in the office and started playing Starcraft II again. I barely had chance when I bought it when it first came out but what an awesome game
  5. I must admit I love the speed master pro too but the manual wind puts me off a little I also like the sea master and nearly bought one on New York for £1400 a few years back. I'm still disappointed in myself for not going ahead Your budget is ok but when you start looking it will creep up I've heard of horror stories with servicing etc about tag so wouldn't go there myself
  6. Payco thinks its in Holland..!!! I think it's called sarcasm... :surrender:
  7. this did make me chuckle. I wouldn't on the original pic, I was talking about the fact I'm scared of heights recently however I'm not sure when it happened as d climb the highest trees etc as a kid.
  8. Some great pets. Loving the mad cat pics not loving the arachnids and reptiles so much Keep them coming
  9. Oh and now I can't sign in locally! EDIT: it's back while I was typing that but it would read my disc until I hard reset
  10. Well I still have the disc issue that I've yet to call them about but now I can't even sign into bl00dy live. Checked the status page and shows all well, spent 20 minutes looking my end only to check back again and it now says core services issue. I only had 30 minute window
  11. Electoral roll is the first source of record I believe. I had had a couple of lemonade a last night. I of course meant system of record.
  12. With you, I didn't think of that way around as ours seem conpetively priced anyway. As for the vouchers... I'd lost a few through washing jeans etc so I'm all for the card
  13. Yeah thats why I use Sainsbury as I live next to one and work near one. I often look at the Tesco offers and they are good buy just bugs me that when they are on their prices are the highest Sent from the golf club... The tesco fuel offer is on all the time now and it's not a paper voucher just use your club card when paying for your fuel. I did say a few posts back that I wonder how much they make by folks adding a couple of items to make it over the £50 mark. As far as products being more expensive, they do price check like for like and refund the difference if you paid more. That has happened to me but the items have to be like for like and what they deem qualifies can be a little ambiguous from what I can tell.
  14. When I say flat rate I mean minimal but that was 20 years ago. To be fair I think it's one of those things everyone should partake in given the opportunity. However some of the cases will be grim and I feel sorry for those folks who have to sit through the "facts" several times
  15. You're paid a flat rate from memory however most employers cater for this, mine pay full whack while you're out. Your employer/HR have to declare you aren't being paid while your attending for you to qualify for any payment from the judicial system.
  16. Electoral roll is the first source of record I believe.
  17. They've been trialling this in wales for some time. Although we don't live in wales our closest store is so we've been using this for the last few months. They've now rolled out across the UK. I do wonder how much we actually save when you think of the extra purchases we put in our basket just to reach the magical 50 when we are a few quid under....
  18. I've been summoned and I had it deferred once as at the time I had a pretty bad leg injury and was waiting for surgery so my doctor told them I wasn't fit. They summoned me again within 12 months and as I'd already had it deferred they wouldn't allow it a second time. I actually found it quite interesting to be involved in the judicial system, that said I was on a case that lasted 4 days and then excused as it was the Easter bank holiday the next day. My UK manager (who is one of my biggest internal clients - long story) was called a few years back and his lasted 4 months. He obviously wouldn't talk about it except I believe it was very grim involving a group distributing very disturbing imagery. He didn't say as much but I read between the lines That I wouldn't have been able to deal with.
  19. Hmmmmmmmmm Trying to decipher MPSS I think he's after tyres for his PS3 Ekona!!!
  20. Yeah saw this on the local news the other night. He apparently sent the footage in to let other bikers know of the dangers...... Right at the beginning he crossed two solid white lines to over take another bike, I remember saying to the other half why isn't he charged with dangerous driving. Later Cheshire police tweeted saying they were investigating.
  21. Great shots, my camera is on the book shelf near the patio doors so I can get some shots of the local wildlife....... However our garden only seems to attract fat pigeons and strangely belugas. No shots of either as I'm never quick enough to get my camera before the dog scares off the pigeons or I have the wrong lens on to get a good shot of the belugas.... I really need to start playing around with the camera again and actually process some of the images
  22. I have it... Will try and launch it in the next hour if you guys want to try and get a game.... At least I will lose to people I sort of know
  23. Anyone else having the issue where if they switch on the one and try to launch a disc based game (disc on the drive since boot) it asks for verification that you own the app? If I eject and reinsert it's fine. I think it maybe replacement console time
  24. Yes it is, they have upto 6 months to do you. Not according to the offical source: https://www.gov.uk/speeding-penalties Hmmm is it possible they have already sent to the new keeper and they have denied any knowledge then contacted the former keeper? Please keep in mind if it was part exchanged with a trader I don't think they have to register it under a certain period and if they shifted it quickly.... Just a thought
