Text book disaster recovery strategy Sounds like our DR plan too One thing I'd also add is test your backups from time to time. The amount of times I've pulled a tape to restore a database to find I cant is unbelievable. Fortunately it's always been in my lab environment. When I was responsible I'd have a tape randomly selected (when I had a spare few hours) and test. Better know what the problem is before you actually need to restore Edit: I meant to add I know thinks a home solution but it's worth checking you know how to restore a file or email prior to needing to if you know what I mean. NAS is definitely the way to go

He looks like he's settling in already, I really like that last picture

I think this is your main option however it depends on your age and circumstance. I'm risk adverse and sometimes wish I'd gone alone years ago however I've also been fortunate that ive been moved between groups even without me showing an interest. I know that's not much help but good luck!

Any update from Humpy and Octet? We have now been referred for hydrotherapy. She doesn't like buoyancy taking over so we were unsure how she would get on. We've been twice now and at first she won't look me in the eye or even take a treat, within a few minutes she starts enjoying it. I'll see if I can get a video of her playing fetch

I don't run Firefox however adwcleaner picks up stuff malwarebytes doesn't.... I run both

Looks like you have ghosting going on there

The theory can be thrown out the window. I was reading something recently where it said as definition and size goes up people are sitting much closer. I think it was an article from CES, if I can find it I'll link.... That said its probably a manufacturer trying to plant the seed

Looking forward to seeing your opinion on it. I have a 55" in our lounge and I'd be hard pushed to go bigger in the room we have. No p0rn displayed on it but I'm still trying to forget walking in while the Mrs was watching "one born every minute"

i totally see the benefits of a new build but I'd love to have something that ticks all the boxes. It's a pipe dream and I'd be over the moon regardless if it ticked most like yours seems to have

Ahh I saw the title and thought we were in the DJI phantom sort of bracket. Been trying to find an excuse to buy one of those with a go pro gimble

Good luck with your move dude! I must admit I've been looking in our area and the market is starting to shift quite quickly. Makes me wonder if I should be looking at the next step, I'm a few away from my last move mind. OP Exciting times, good luck. Not sure if I'd go new build unless I had managed it though.... I'm a fussy buggar and its my dream though

If I remember correctly the Highway Code is just guidelines and not the law? Sort of, I was always taught and believe it is guidelines however when it states "must" and "must not" then that indicates it is a legal requirement. Without looking it up I believe it states "Amber means drivers MUST be prepared to stop"

Agreed but it can't be the same one as the vendor which we found out the hard way. The bank recommended one and if we used them it would cut down cost however unbeknown to us and the bank the vendor had already instructed them to act on their behalf. We all wanted them as they seemed to be the best local firm however they had a different branch which after discussions they agreed we could use as there was sufficient separation not to become a conflict of interest but it was 60 miles away so we lost the ability to walk in at short notice. That's what I was unsuccessfully trying to say in my rushed original reply.
-
Wrong. You can't have the same solicitor as the vendor. We used the banks solicitor which saved us a few quid until we had completed out questionnaire and our solicitor then informed us they couldn't represent us as they were representing the vendor so all three of us wanted to use the same one. I spoke to them and arrange we would use a different branch and a different conveyer whic they agreed could b done. IF I did it again I'd speak to Sarnie first as someone else has said Oh and they are all as bad as each other dragging their feet and various stages.

You really do need to get out more

I found the fix...... Post here then the next attempt I complete the mission and am able to exit the DLC map!!! Thanks all
-
Well I'm stuck. I went to fast travel to the cafe and it stuck me in the DLC and I can't get out of it. The mission is far too hard for my meagre assassin as he's really lowly ranked. I've read a few articles where it says you can exit via the map but I cant. Ita really really really frustrating!

I picked up Assassins Creed Unity at the weekend for a good price. I wasn't going to bother due to all the bad press but with Ekona mentioning he was enjoying it in this thread I thought it worth a punt. I'm glad I did, yeah there are a few graphical glitches but it's a very enjoyable game and worth picking up

Reading Lexx's post I don't think he's interested in sped ing anything it's just doing his nut as he can't identify them.

I Have no wheel fetish but they do look familiar. First thing that I thought of was a G5 or G6 celica or a prelude.... but I'm sure if it was that simple you wouldn't be asking

Just now 9am heading out of town in Wrexham road driving very carefully in the conditions I was walking my dog and considered waving but you would've wondered who the nutcase was with a dog in a bright pink coat Stay safe folks Edited: title date

The thing is though neither he nor I knew what was in that puddle. It could have been hiding a large hole which could've caused him to lose control or it could had flung debris and seriously hurt me. To swerve also has implications especially if he has mixed tyres :lol; mind you it was a Peugeot 306 and I think they have mixed tyres from the factory. Don't get me wrong, there are idiots who stand right next to a puddle where the cars have no option but in my particular case if I'd have got hold of the driver he would have had a very squeaky voice for a few days as he'd shown intention to avoid it only at the last second swerved.
-
Hmmm totally disagree. It happens to me a couple of months back while walking to work. I see the big puddle in the gutter, stop and check behind me. One car coming who has moved over so he will miss the puddle so k continue to walk only for the inconsiderate moron to swerve into the puddle and really soak me. That isn't me being stupid that's the driver being a class one *****. And by the way I didn't report it as j didn't have a registration so what could I do? It is in the Highway Code as an offence. I suspect this happens a LOT and isn't reported for various reasons.
