It's a tiny wee town up in the NE of Scotland. It takes 10 minutes to walk around the entire town centre so it's quite memorable when you notice there are a large number of frilly knicker shops. Its full of mental people who notice an outsider as soon as you step foot in the place. They've got a decent indian restaurant that turns into a nightclub also The bit about spotting outsiders applies to a lot of places in North Wales. I used to work with a Welsh guy from Wrexham, he and his wife were in a small village out snowdonia way, walked into a pub and the places went quiet after a few moments they started talking Welsh. They got a drink sat down and then quite loudly his wife told him in English exactly what they had just said about them They didn't figure on either of them actually speaking Welsh Edit: we go to mold market every now and again Edited again due to typos

Sounds like Mr Nyandeng needs some mail merge training from the windows support team telephone scammer He must be new bless Edit: it's just occurred to me you put that in to mask your details.... It was a late one last night alright

I'm looking at the 4 black to try and future proof 1080p 120 FPS and 4k support. The base model I think struggles for 30fps @ 720p. As a dash cam I'd have thought 1080p 30fps would be a minimum requirement. Also super wide mode, not sure that's supported on the base model? Edit due to type

If you feel left out Fodder I'll send you some.... Nah I think I'm good, thanks for the kind offer Actually I do get more in work but they are typically phishing tests.

I genuinely don't understand how you guys are getting so many. I receive a handful a year to my personal accounts (gmail and hotmail) that's jncluding what gets out into my spam folder, mind you I'm very careful what I use my email address for. My work one is a different matter, I get a few a month (we have very good spam detection) and they are typically because someone in the company with the same name as me has registered my address by mistake (yep you get them everywhere). Just be careful how and where you use your email addresses

Maybe, but what is termed as Mid Wales covers around 3-4,000 square miles and they haven't revealed the location. Jeez, even giving my address and postcode to Courier companies, not to mention several members on here they've found it pretty difficult to find me . Pete Photographer has been named and you can almost guarantee he will have a Flickr or equivalent account which camera dependant may show gps coordinates if he's published the pictures there, others who have pictures may also have commented... I haven't bothered looking but i bet it's possible.

Have you looked at using your gopro for stills? Maybe get a tripod to use it with. I'm thinking the res is more than good enough for tinterweb and I'm guessing the blurr is down to grabbing the camera for a quick snap, you aren't going to get a cheap camera which will give perfect results

61 Plate Black Rose - Grosvenor Car Park Chester
Fodder replied to 370Ad's topic in Spotted or Flyered
Not seen this one but I hate that car park, it's poorly designed and so bloody expensive. I don't think you are local, are you in town for the w/e? -
hero 4 is awesome Yeah trying to convince myself but maybe a hero that £100 will do keyser multi use but not sure if still quality and doubt it will be good at macro : Edit. Bloody iOS replaced keyser with Jetset

Maybe a new buster that's not so ham fisted with camera's.... Sorry dudes I couldn't resist, love seeing threads started by you guys. I know it's well out of your price range but would a gopro with a good housing suit the conditions and you can also use it for track days etc? I've not got one but seriously looking at the hero 4.

If only that house could talk. The downside of the story is now it's been published I'm sure it will become a tourist destination and along with tourists inevitably comes intrusion.

No she's worth $22.5 billion only, got $9. billion to give away, anybody trump that..!!! I am Mrs. Christy Walton a widow and businesswoman, an American Citizen. The intention of this email is to employ the expertise of a Charity minded individual, who can identify a viable and guarantee reasonable distribution of my wealth to the needy i worth $ 22.5 billion Dollars which rated me as the 2nd Richest Woman in the World. I better hurry up as she only got 2 months to live, I don't want to miss out on this windfall... :scare: Yes but you said this one is worth $22.5bn(read as scam was worth) I was pointing out the scam was only proposing a mere $9bn not the full $22.5bn you insinuated in your post. Where's mouthwash the translator when you need him

I don't want to burst your bubble by it's only $9bn so hardly worth it.

Be careful what you wish for. My old manager got called up in the middle of a major project and was out for months. He didn't go into detail but I got the impression the case was quite horrific. But I agree I do think everyone should do it at least once.

Just being devils advocate and the article does state this although very briefly.... It's a two way street (pun intended) and if implemented will also mean foreign drivers commuting offences on british roads will have accountability too. There are an awful lot of left hand drive cars I see committing offences purely because it seems they are exempt from UK law. I tend to agree with superstu its scaremongering and the title of this thread is misleading, they could be stripped of losing their license by commuting the same offences here.... No difference.

It's a good point and for self employed I'd hope there was some provision/concession.

Totally agree.

Hmmm I'm sure you can swap sky channels around, as for bbc1 hd unfortunately you can't have a regional version as when the loca news comes on it switches to almost a test board. BBK 1 hd for me is sky 141. Give sky a call I think they can switch you to the northwest remotely. As for freeview my experience is you set your postcode and the box will lock the channels for that.... Not sure that's your problem though?! As for rugby played in North Wales you are mainly correct, I know a couple of colleagues who's kids play rugby for clubs however it's much more of a hobby than oitright passion or as a potential career path. I hated rugby as a school kid but then that was probably down to the sadistic PER teacher we had, that said my elder brother had the same PE teacher and loved rugby even playing for teams within the army. That explains his ears anyway Anyway back to last nights game, as I said I like a good game and I thought England were in for a shocker but they picked it back up and Wales lost it. I think it maybe a closer 6N than we all thought as neither were exceptional IMO. But it made for a good close game. Welcome back by the way Jetset

Our tv always defaults to Wales too even though I'm just under a mile from the border, just change the channel to northwest England I'm sure you could get the signal there. I disagree with only being interested South of Merthyr, all the Welsh folks in work were chest bearing today. Edit, beating I said beating not bearing I class myself British then English however I have quite a bit of Welsh in my known heritage. I want England to win but in reality a good gam bis a good game... I've never been competitive as far as team sports go, just like a good game

Happy birthday mate.

He already has..... I'd speak to sarnie for advice, to me it almost sounds better to loop it into a mortgage so it has to go through the process and has some measure of security?! Sounds really dodgy but that said it doesn't sound much different from a normal business transaction does it? Receive an invoice and transfer a payment to an account but you would normally have a contract in place

Hoping FC5 will be a step on, kind of like from FC2 to FC3. Just noticed the Xbox store has a deals for gold on for FC4, £38.49 so may just pick it up closer to the weekend.

Just had a quick go of battlefield hardline beta. It's ok but I have no idea what I'm doing and there seems to be a few network issues but that's to be expected in a beta. More of the same so I'll give this a little more time before the beta ends but at this point I don't think I'll be buying

Sorry to hear....Was the NAS an raid set up?? I'm counting on the chance of two hard drive failing at the same time to be pretty remote....Though if the actual NAS unit got stolen I'll be buggered....Recently considered setting up another NAS backup in the garage using powerline plugs. But don't know if that's just over kill interms of backups. If you're going to the trouble of a second copy then store that offsite, maybe sibling or parents house and vice versa? If the one in the home gets damaged through fire or stolen likelyhood is the one in the garage will be too. I don't really trust third party cloud storage offerings but that's just me

Nice effort but when I saw the picture I thought I was in the things with faces thread. Looks like you have been photo bombed by an owl
