1.

Sharesave scheme at work, if you have one. Usually quite well protected so hard to lose any money, but easy to make it if your company is doing ok.
brilliant made a killing with our work Sharesave scheme, and totally protected, what you put in can never be lost
I beg to differ. Had a scheme and I put in the max, a year later company was bought out. My shares worth $26 were converted to the new company shares worth $50. New companies shares dipped to $3 during the financial crisis and are now worth around $18. I've lost a shed load of cash with the exception of not paying income tax on my original investment. Company share schemes are just as fragile IMHO
2. The plate cannot make the car appear newer than it is. So if it's a 93 registered car it can't have a 95 registered plate.
3. Totally agree with this and Ekona's comment. He could've caused considerable damage inside the car trying to get at head unit or out of pure spite but he didn't. He took advantage of your mistake by pure chance, I'm not advocating his actions but just trying to put it into perspective. Also agree with GM's comments and just to add a twist we don't know this guys back story and hopefully getting him into the system could be the turning point in this persons life - with age I've become more aware of pivotal points in lives that could take them down a dark path. Don't get me wrong I'd be furious if it was my P&J but rushing out to serve "justice" even though we would all want to do that in the heat of the moment but is far from the right thing to do.
4. A prayer to St. Lawrence is always a good idea. According to my Dad (who is a priest) he is the patron saint of car park spaces. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Do the church know they have a priest who has a child? Forgive me if I'm wrong but I thought that was really frowned upon Haha I get that a lot. It's Catholic priests who can't marry, he's Church of England Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I thought that was reverends and bishops.... Didn't realise priest was in their ranks

6. I'm trying to remember but I'm sure pressing lock more than once on the zed starts disabling things like alarm sensors, sirens etc. I'm similar but press unlock then lock again to ensure its locked. I'd consider the OP very lucky to be fair. Happened to one of our neighbours, they knew we had CCTV so asked if I could check footage. 3am someone is seen walking onto the drive checking door handles then walks off. Opportunistic scum
7. Strange as we had a light dusting and that normally means you have some. Snowing at 6.30 this morning while walking the dog, all gone now though.
8. Good point, won't be buying it then As for Red Dead, id be made up if they enable BC for it never mind a sequel.
9. I'd fallen out with AC too however I got black flag cheap and found it really enjoyable to be fair, unity was much better than the press would lead you to believe and syndicate is very good. Also disappointed that battlefront doesn't have a campaign mode so will only pick that up when it's cheap.
10. Cheers. I shall have a look for her there then. Checked last night btw and I'm only level 24, ....been playing for days (feels like) so Tricky at level 33 odd must have put in some serious time. Pffft you two are amateurs..... Been playing what feels like days and I'm level 7.... Oh hold on.... I suppose you are meant to rank Just got Nick Valentine as my companion (trying not to give too much away here) and on the path of Kellogg.
11. Scam but Chester = toff?!? Thanks Squee I feel part of the aristocracy now On a serious note I know what you mean, there is an elitist sort of atitude especially in places like bar lounge which is full of want to be people who aren't. I once witnessed a guy who ordered a bottle of "their most expensive champagne" to impress a girl only to get declined on his credit cards. *says he who has just got in from "Church"
12. I am on level 33 and some of the lower perks are still grayed out, so does it depend on a combination of the main perks and level ? I am sure on the previous games you had to add all the main perks before you could get all of the lower ones. If you highlight the perk at the bottom it will show a requirement of level and SPECIAL/Perk level for example L15 + Luck 6 or at least that's how I understand it. You may need to upgrade a lower level perk to full before it unlocks. But as I said I still don't really understand it, only figured out how to do explosives the other night
13. Not into this myself (too fat ) but I'm sure there was a thread in this and there were quite a few folks who were really into it. Try doing a search but in fairness it may have archived off as not sure how long ago it was.
14. I did add a few to my top row but I've also put a couple of stars towards: science, gun nut, gunslinger, medic, hacker & a few others. Probably should have concentrated more on an individual perk though as I seem to have a fair few perks with just the 1 star so not exactly getting much of a benefit from most. Sounds very similar, there is one perk which gives extra XP so helps you rank quicker and earn more credits to spend on perks. I should've done that one from the outset, it's under luck but can't remember the name. Lock picking is another I wish I'd concentrated on.
15. First fallout for me too. I could've spent my upgrade points more efficiently. I for some reason concentrated on the top row without realising you didn't have to max out to upgrade other perks. Yeah yeah I'm an idiot
16. @S7NNY I think we're showing our age Things are starting to click with fallout 4 and I'm half tempted to start again as I have royally screwed up with my Perk tree.
17. I must admit I was surprised even though I shouldn't have been. Like you I hope Sony do get the tech and price right. Anyone else think "back to reality" when they read anything VR related?
18. Not familiar with iMac buton iOS there is an ad tracking option. I was also going to suggest chrome as I'm sure I've seen something similar when installing chrome albeit on Windows.
19. Ive thought about this in the past but I would end up killing myself. I can't add anything from a bike perspective but I'm surprised no one has mentioned budgeting for safety gear, leathers, boots, gloves helmet etc and maybe worth you keeping in mind. Edit: good luck with your plans
20. Very different Dan, not sure about having them on your knee for a fuss mind Got any pictures of the Staffs? They are great dogs who unfortunately have a bad reputation only due to bad owners.
21. @marzman great looking pup. As for toilet training it does seem all of a sudden to click. I remember how stressed my OH got with Hetti thinking we were doing something wrong but the best tip I can give and this goes for ALL training and that's be consistent with commands and hand signals. The latter is really important especially when they may not be able to hear you for whatever reason. @Wendy I'm so glad you took that leap of faith and adopted him, he sounds a soul mate already As for leaving them we also feel guilty however we've been fortunate to find a fully licensed home boarding family that we had great feelings about as soon as we met them, Hetti can't wait to get out of the car when we pull up and she has a whale of a time. We still wonder what she's up to all through our holiday mind
22. I got Fallout 4 for Christmas so making a start on that. Struggling with a few things but I think once I figure them out the game will click. Need to go back to rainbow 6 siege too, I did redeem the Vegas game codes as I will play those again. Still contemplating that g920 wheel Will posted earlier. I have far too many games on the go just wish I had more time. Anyway some great games around at the minute whatever platform you are on.
23. That's tempting, works well with Forza etc I take it? That and the stand Dan recommended to me a while back may be doable in my small man cave
24. Some great photos of all kinds of animals in this thread. Haven't posted anything for a while but Hetti's doing well with her hydro therapy. We took her Delamere forest last week and it was really quiet. She had a whale of time chasing squirrels, playing with an awesome but bonkers springer as well as finding muddy puddles to sit in/drink out of oh and wee in. She had her GoPro harness on however this muppet pressed the wrong button so no footage. I do have some from a recent trip to the hydro so will edit and upload however here's a picture of her in one of the muddy puddles she loves so much.
25. Been caught speeding twice by unmarked cars both times held my hands up, took the fines and the points. These are the only two offences I've ever had, didn't occur to me to find an excuse as to why I was exceeding the limit as after all I had. Both times by about 20% (60 + 70 limits respectively) should e known better and took it on the chin. No issue with unmarked cars as I've seen them pull people who were being reckless not long after I've said to myself if only there was a police car around. I'm sure most of us say this sort of thing daily. However I was once on my way home from a Sunday lunch (ironically I'd been spotted on this forum on that day) for those locals I came to the A55/M53 roundabout from Mickle Trafford with the aim of going left and joining the A55 towards north wales but at the junction was a Monroe in my lane and another car in the other lane. The mondeo driver seemed to be asking directions so after a minute of so of clear traffic where I could've joined the roundabout I beeped my horn and gave a universal hand gesture for get a move on (or similar)..... With that the mondeos lights light up a lovely blue and red colour, moved over and let me go, I assume he was actually "having words" with the other driver...... My OH was nearly wetting herself laughing and I was a little red
