  1. Hi Dean, All joking aside mate, i'm p1ssed off!!! with the way the bodyshop is going, a few years back when i was supervising the bodyshop and spraying, our labour rate was £25ph for walk in customers and i'd do mates rates @ £20ph, all the boys would come down and i'd do their cars start to finish, i'd be doing Evo's, Impreza's, Escort Cosworth's, GTi-R, 200sx, 300zx and 350z's and i was loving the job, then we started selling motor homes... and the management structure changed, now i'd say atleast 60% of my work is f*cking motor homes and the management want a minimum recovery of £35ph from the bodyshop, so in simple terms, there are just cheaper ways of getting an equally good repair:(
  2. I highly recomend Old school engineering
  3. Cheers for your comments guys, would love to do a black Z
  4. Here's a link to my thread on DW, thanks for looking http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... p?t=267386

  6. How it looks after a week of ownership, wheels refurbed and colour changed, calipers painted red and spoiler fitted,
  7. I never got past the test drive stage with the Z, i absolutely loved the Z and thoght it was rapid but for practicality reasons i ended up buying the impreza and tuning it in four stages, the next time i got to drive a Z it was when my car was running 380/405 and to be honest in a straight line the z felt gutless in comparison, no doubt if i'd purchased a z i'd of loved owning it as i have all my cars, mine's not a sti its a wrx btw Do you have a scooby jacket sorry had to be done I need to try one of these Clio's, the sound like they go well, it's just they look like something my missus would drive. Clearly the driving experience dispells this? No, on the jacket, and i never thoght the clio would be this good, best and most controlable lift off oversteer ever
  8. vvt starts about 1.5k-2krpm AFAIK. Just a tip if you ever go on cliosport.net Yeah the vvti zone, just above tickover

  10. Once you get into the vvti zone you'd swear the clutch was slipping, the revs dont drop when shifting gear and it just keeps pulling, its a very bad influence on me
  11. Picked this up last week and absolutely love it, its a little hooligan .....
