  1. Note if you have the BOSE with sub there is two 15A fuses marked audio. One is for the headunit and speaker amp the other is for the sub amp. If your sub has stopped working you should hear a bong sound when you first start the car, this is to signify the sub amp fuse has blown.

Took me a while to figure out why my BOSE sub wasn't working till I found a copy of the wiring diagram which highlighted the fuse.

This could be the reason my sub has stopped working, i'll investigate on my lunch :bounce:

  2. My Nismo's are Gloss black Matt, you'll get to see them on Sunday

Cost me £300.00 to get them done, same day turn-around with a courtesy car for the day B)

So the price you got quoted seems pretty good to me..............

  3. Never would have had you down as a Bev fan!

UK tank is bigger than JDM one remember. 80 litres to a uk one if im correct. only used just over 1/4 of a tank on the way back 1/2 on the way there and that was because of the stop-start traffic :(

Damn my puny tank capacity, on the plus side I’ll just have to fill up more often = Bev time :cloud9:

  4. When we give out a press car its been through paint a fair number of times more than normal cars until its perfect with no orange peel etc, also engines maybe de restricted and possibly tuned slightly. :)

Nice to know Joe Publics car is given one lick of paint with orange peel a-plenty and sluggish engines......

I've heard Lexx has a mystic affiliation with the weather

  6. What I did keep my eye on was the cost to fill it - £77.77!

:scare: That's why i only fill up in little amounts every other day, don't seem as much......... & i get to see the lovely Bev on the checkout wotsit :cloud9:

  7. Can anyone confirm if it's possible to remove the date and time and not have it displayed at all?

    Certainly can dude

Q: how do I change the date time or remove it?

    A:

    1) Delete everything on the MicroSD card.

    2) Create a text file called TAG.TXT in the root directory of the MicroSD card.

    3) Open TAG.TXT and enter the following, correcting the date and time:

    [date]

    2009/09/27

    21:00:00

    4) Save TAG.TXT.

    5) Eject and power-on the camera. The system will analyze TAG.TXT, then set system time according to what the file indicates. After that the text file will be deleted by the system automatically.

The player can play AVM format video, please install the software, it’s AVM converter, please choose 160×128 Frame Size.

    If this doesnt work then:

Just managed to set the date and time. Had my windows extensions hidden. so was creating tag.txt.txt

Create a txt file at the root of the memory card, called tag and put in the correct date and time. Put in the data below.

    [date]

    2010/03/12

    19:28:00

    save file.

Turn off camera and then on. If it has worked the tag file should have been erased.
