  1. You could just get the miltek half system from y pipe back. http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/GB/Milltek_350z_Exhaust_Systems/350MILT.aspx
  2. Definitely mate , as missed you at japfest.
  3. I'm guessing yours is a facelift de rev up then, if so they will fit. Both de engines use the same cats, only the HR is different.
  4. Cheers teejay, every little helps.
  5. Here you go, took just over a week to arrive. https://www.nengun.com/nismo/oil-filler-cap-ratchet-type
  6. Cheers mate, need a catch up soon Niss show maybe ?
  7. Right not the biggest mod in the world ! I was finding it hard to undo the oil cap more so since fitting the plenum spacer as it lifts the engine cover up making it awkward to get a grip on it. Also with a service soon due and Mitz struggling to remove it last year I thought I'd treat him too. Good of an excuse anyway I thought haha. So ordered a nismo ratchet oil cap so no chance of over tightening it and it's easy to remove too without breaking your fingers. Also painted the dip stick red to loose the yellow.
  8. I've just treated the zed to this no chance of over tightening it as it's the nismo ratchet type and easy to undo which Mitz at the cougarstore will be happy about next service time. Not cheap though, but she's worth it ! Haha and helps with zeditis too.
  9. Excellent mate, may the fun continue.
  10. Mate your attention to detail is epic, even down to that little door catch loved that when I saw it at the peaks. See you at niss day.
  11. Another + 1 for the cougar store well worth the drive. Not that we need an excuse for a drive.
  12. From what I've heard and seen from another member both the fans run together.
  13. Welcome along and yes avoid zeditus if you can !
  14. I'll take another wild guess and looking at the number plate I'd say it's Paul T's one he didn't use in his new build as he went a different route. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/99374-paul-t-2nd-zed-build-thread-supercharged-hulk-buster/
  15. Save a little more if you can and get a cobra. http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_10&products_id=113 http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_10&products_id=114
  16. I've had my zed for many many years and never found getting the dip stick back in a problem until more recently, must be an age thing ! Haha
  17. Because it's out of his budget? Have you checked out the ISR Single exit? Awesome sound for the a great price £300ish I think. Scorpion is just too quiet. Many people are satisfied with their Invidia exhaust. Cobra is another contender in your budget - Although the ISR single exit sounds very similar for a fraction of the cost. Thanks for the advice guys. I think I am swaying towards the Cobra Resonated with rolled tips, should do the job I may have to replace the cats as well soon as I spotted one of them had a hole. Is the hole not just in the heat shield though ? If so no worries there until they start rattling and then you could just rip the heat shield off as many have done. Or like me found it the perfect excuse to get some Berk hfc's.
  18. Must be Michelin pilot super super duper sports.
  19. Nah toys for the boys. I thought a file was for doing your nails. Haha
  20. Luckily I changed mine at my dads and he's got a bench grinder in his man cave so it was a breeze.
  21. This is a common problem, what's happened is there will be some corrosion on the calliper behind the stainless metal piece which has pushed it out causing the pad to be a tight fit. What I did when I fitted my new pads was to just grind the metal back of the pad down a bit so it fits, though not too much as to make them a loose fit. Either that or remove the stainless metal piece and clean the corrosion off, but there a pain to remove with that little Allen key bolt.
  22. Yes I've seen that too, though mines the two port version. I'm not sure why you would need three for the zed, you could always blank the spare in port off, I could be wrong. Still a good buy at a reduced cost as there about £100 usually.
