  1. Yes, they are plastic. Noticed this when I tinted them last year. Well didn't know that, every days a school day.
  2. Yes spotted the golf tee ! Fancy that someone has actually put some golf clubs in a zeds boot.
  3. Someone desperate for a nismo exhaust maybe.
  4. Maybe the quarter glass has been smashed at some point and it's found it's way in there. I'd check if the quarter light has Nissan on it or an aftermarket name.
  5. My favourite wheels ! Love em.
  6. The whole wheel was stripped, powder coated, centre and rims diamond cut then completely lacquered. From memory it cost about £380 with fitting and balancing of new tyres which I'd supplied. Here's where I had them done. http://www.jpalloys.co.uk/ I bought my decals off a member, who had bought the genuine ones from the states I believe. With the centre caps I'd say mine were about the same if not worse than yours. I sanded them down with various grades of sand paper to remove the lacquer and the pitting in the alloy. Then with a polishing wheel in a battery drill and metal polish and a lot of elbow grease polished them up. Took me almost a whole day mind to get them to a standard I was happy with. I looked into getting new, but the type for these LMGT4's with the metal clips (not the rubber ring ) are no longer available new so this was the only option.
  7. As KyleR said they can be done apart from the centre caps, when it came to mine I just polished the centre caps myself as they can't be diamond cut. I also fitted some flush valves which I think looks good. Here's one of mine after the refurb.

  10. I've noticed I'm on the list ! Looking back my mate Andy_Muxlox has put me on. I only posted to put 350z mike on to help him out. I'm in no need of one guys, don't even have the stock intake, so I'll have to take myself off the list. 1. Zippypooz 2. Paul_b 3. NEroadster 4. Maddog 5. ZPMC 6. 350z mike 7. F100 Jay 8. CSD350Z 9. 11. Yes that's incorrect and a common mistake when changing the boot struts, as above the bracket with the two bolts in it needs unbolting and flipping around.
  12. I'm no expert rob but I've heard it's not a good idea to mix coolants, the Nissan pre mixed coolant is the stuff you need ideally I'd say.
  13. I'm there and next to G1en agian, haha sorry pal. 1. 14n 2. PANMAN- paid. 3. Max Leverett 4. davey_83 5. KPowell 6. nipwahh 7.Valy 8. G1en 9. SHEZZA - Paid 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15.

    350z hr bonnet

You'll be lucky to find a HR bonnet in azure as azure finished with the rev-up DE. I only know of a couple of members who have fitted a HR bonnet to there azure zeds. There less than £300 new from Nissan, plus painting of course.
  15. Looking at michelin's website only the 4s are available for the Rays, at the moment anyway ?
  16. I've got this magnetic sump plug davey. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/92915-gold-plug-magnetic-sump-plugs-now-available/page__hl__sump

    Boot struts

Another top tip, make sure you bolt the bracket with the two bolts back the right way around. Take a pic before you remove the old ones as a reference. It's common for folks to do it wrong causing the boot not to shut as is should.
  18. I'm considering some (not pressed, the domed style ) as mine are a bit shabby, though I know what your saying. Might just give it a go anyway.
  19. Thanks for the replies, guess this is what majority of people put in the Zeds. Planning on a remap soon at Abbey, so was giving the car a birthday for the best results! Nice. Fitted these myself in my zed just over two years ago so saved myself a bob or two, took me a couple of hours and the price of a torque wrench.
  20. Here's the OEM NGK plugs https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130686785269
