That'll be a K1... Do you mean the exhaust is a K1? If so why the lol?

Not sure what exhaust is on, Japspeed or something. Don't get me wrong it sounds amazing at full throttle but around town down at low revs the drone annoys me a little, apparently it doesn't sound half as loud outside but that's no good to me! So Chris/Nurrish you sure that middle pipe is what I need? If so any ideas where I can buy one? I keep meaning to take my car down my mates garage so he can confirm what it is I need, but I 'd rather go down there with part in hand instead so he could then fit it for me too!

When I bought my Zed it had a cat back exhaust already fitted and the owner gave me the original exhaust should I want to put it back on. Even with the baffles in I find my exhaust too loud at low revs (although amazing at higher revs). I've just had a look at the original exhaust and it looks like it has been cut on one of the pipes (see circle on pic), judging from the pics below will I need anything new to re-fit the standard exhaust?

don't worry fella I hadn't forgot about you. I must admit that every single person that's seen my new car loves the orange leather, everyone that is except me! I'm assuming if we did do the swap we'd change the hand brake, gear knob and steering wheel too? I'll give it a couple more days and see if I get used to it, if not we'll exchange some pics of our interior and we'll take it from there. PS - how far west along the coast of South Wales are you?

Well thanks to all that posted pics for my inspiration! Appreciated, some really nice motors on the forum. That said, since creating the thread a couple days ago I have been out and bought my first 350Z. Not the one I mentioned at the the start although it is grey with orange leather like that one. It's a 53 UK GT with 60k, 19" rims, Cat Back exhaust and induction kit. Immaculate throughout. Will start a new thread and post some pics at the weekend when it's light enough for me to take pics!

Well I did have a look in there but seemed to be mostly pics of meets and what not. I'm guessing not everybody goes to meets, I know don't personally. I was hoping if people posted theirs up at least I could ask them questions, what skirts, wheels etc they have... Or am I just being lazy?

Hi all, As yet I've still to purchase my first 350Z. I've been on the look out for some time but I'm biding my time for the right car at the right price. I doubt anyone remembers but I mentioned on here a couple weeks back that I have the option to buy a friends Uk '04 GT with Rays in gunmetal grey. The only problem is I'm just not that over keen on the wheels or colour... I'm looking at all the other colours too but just can't decide on what colour/spec to go for. If you could all do me a favour and post me some pics of your motor that would be great, I need inspiration!!!

Thanks for all the replys guys, appreciated. Sunset, that would be just what I was after to be honest. I've always preferred black leather in any car, orange just doesn't work in a grey car IMO. On a side note, are the 18" Rays worth anything 2nd hand? If I went for the car I'd have to change the wheels but only if I could offset the expense with the sale of the Rays...

Hi guys, Newbie here! Well I've always been a Toyota man; Celica GT4's, Supra Twin Turbo etc etc but decided a while back I wanted something newer so have been looking at the Zed. I must admit I've been told the 350Z is a little under powered compared to the Supra, that said though it's stunning looks and V6 engine note more than makes up for that. I've pretty much decided that I have to have a UK GT model, I've never minded imports in the past but just feel the GT is money well better spent. Anyways.... My brothers best mate has an immaculate '04 GT with 41k and FSH. It's gunmetal grey and has the orange leather with Rays 18" alloys. He originally offered it me for 10k but that's a touch out of my price range so he's agreed to offer it me for quite a bit less. Is this a good deal? Over Xmas there were plenty cheap GT's on the net but not so many now. My issues with the car is the colour, it's a little common I feel!! I wanted either the burnt orange or blue and I do actually prefer the standard 18's as opposed to the Rays. On top of that I feel the orange leather only goes with the orange car.... Decisions decisions, Apologies for such a long first post but any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!!
