Lol so why ask about tuning the tct
I was just wondering because I read Abbey could do something with the TC a while back. Thought any info could benefit the members here too...
Compare sites never worked for me. They can only be good for a guide and then you contact the insurer directly and you get the quote minus the commission!
CICC is who i'm with and I love them!
Can't believe I said that about an insurance company!
If this turns out to be an ECU fault, let me know, I have some lying around buddy.
Mark may have to turn NATS off with uprev if it turns out you need a replacement I think.
I had to buy one from Nissan when this happened to me £1200 (excl VAT).
Hi Peeps,
I'm getting some RS-Rs fitted to my Rays this week.
Thinking of adjusting the camber, alignment for the car as well.
Anyone know what the best setup on standard suspension for maximum traction? Negative camber of some sort I presume?
Fair dues buddy... I've been around Europe using whatever fuel I could get my hands on and I had no issues at all when I was N/A. How did Abbey come to the conclusion that it was poor quality fuel that was the cause? Did you have a JDM or a UK car?
I would say a couple hundred pounds... but you'd be very lucky to find a 'match' for your car second hand!
Find out if you definitely need your ECU replacing.
i think you forum peeps need to chill the hell out on this debate.
The chances of major detenation by using 95 fuel on an N/A zed is very minimal. I would say it would be more of a concern on a JDM car. You're acting like you've pi**ed in the petrol tank by mistake!
It's not gonna kill your engine, you will get more knock no doubt but just fill up with high-octane again when you can! simple as!
