  1. As I have just requested a photo shop myself, I thought it would be a good idea to have a specific section for it. This gives people who are useless at photo shop the opportunity to ask someone who is good to do little bits of shop for them. It would also allow the people with the know-how and talent to express and show it off. Any thoughts?
  2. I am loving that Thanks Bud

  5. If you see the car regularly, you could drop a note on his/her windscreen simply informing them of your interest. Or speak to the owner face to face. A friend of mine was approached for his number plate and he made quite a large profit on it. But make sure you do everything through the DVLA
  6. I've been a very busy man. I Tried tonight but found most of the bolts holding the under trim and inner wheel arch are solid. I'm going to soak them in WD and try again tomorrow. Ill drop you a PM Lee if I have any bother or need that motor. Cheers

  9. Thanks Martin, very informative link. So from what I can gather on there: -They mustn't use a bakeoff oven to remove the old paint, Sand blast only -They must only apply as much heat as necessary, 375 degrees. -First, they have to heat the wheels (after stripping) to 'out-gas' them. They will be pulled out and sprayed. Then cured under heat again. then pulled out, then cleared, then cured again. each time I like 8-15 mins -They also require a clear coat They mentioned something called Dupicolor. Ill have to research into this also. Thanks Again
  10. Thanks for the replies. Was reading through another thread earlier and came across problems with wheels cracking when they have been powder coated. So im unsure weather to powder coat or just wet spray . Still waiting on some pics

    Rear mods...

These look great. But the indicators look more red than orange and the reverse light is quite bright. Not sure these would be legal. But still a great idea
  13. I'm tempted to get my rays refurbished and powder coated. How long will this roughly take? As the Zed is my only car and I dont want to be without it too long. I've heard that a company called Romax will do it for 30 notes a wheel. Has anyone got any pics of a sunset on powder coated rays, to try and help make my mind up. Cheers Woody
