  3. Hi all, I am after a few parts, but all depend on price. Im after a set of exterior door handles, so I can spray them gloss black. A 06+ air box, I know these are hard to get hold of these days. The biggy.... A set of facelift headlights. I know these are going to be expensive. I fancy trying to split them and modifying the internals. Cheers in advance Woody

  6. Very sorry to hear your bad news. I hope you all the best and I hope you have a speedy recovery. Sell the car mate. There is and will only ever be one you and there are many many zeds that can be bought at a later date Woody
  7. Are these still going ahead mate? Im based in Hartlepool too, would be nice to see yours fitted. Price? P.s what colour zed have you got?
  8. The level is on max. My thinking is, that if the break pads were that low then the level of the fluid would also be very low, as the cylinders would have to extend far out to apply the pad to the disk. Causing the error lights? Now that I have put new pads on, the cylinders would not be extending as far, so the fluid level would go back up? I have been out in the car a fair few times since the new pads were fitted and all the lights have stayed off
  9. Shims or copperslick on the back of the pads will solve this
  10. Just got to wait until the price of charger kits come down I don't think they will get much lower than they are now. You can get a Vortech kit for about £2.5K I best get saving then. I would love to supercharge it, but i dont think that will happen anytime soon

  13. Hi all, I am very tempted to go down the remap path. Now ive heard people say do bolt on mods before the remap. I have a k1 with y pipe and a cosworth panel filter, but in a pre facelift box. I have no idea what power im putting out now (nothing more than the standard 276bhp?) My question is what else can i do other than a spacer? Does a post air box.make that much differance? would smoothing and drill my air box make a differance? cheers woody

  22. Hi All, My ESP, TC and handbrake light all come on on start up when the car and air is cold? This happed for the first time the other morning. I started the car around 5.30am, the air temperature was around 7degrees. All three lights came on (but I didnt notice until I had got half way home, which by then the car was warm). I pulled over turned the car off and back again and all three lights were off. I have driven the car (in warmer air temperatures) since and all has been ok. But I was off to work this morning and the same thing happened, only this time I pulled over when the car was still cold. I turned the engine off and back on again, but the lights would not clear. I continued my way to work with the lights on. When I got to work, the car was warm. I turned the engine on and off again and the lights cleared. Any ideas? Faulty sensor of some sort? Thanks in advance Woody
  23. Try PMing R35LEE bud. He will be able to sort you out with the motors and tell you how to fit them. Before you do have you checked both fuse boxes? there is one in the engine bay and one in the drivers side footwell. Im sure (not 100%) that the fuse for the washer motors are in the footwell fuse box. Hope this helps
