  5. Interesting. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/92327
  6. Hamilton will bounce back from the last two races, he will learn from them and in a month or two it will be all forgotten and everyone will be saying what a fantastic driver he is again. A month is a long time in motor racing!
  7. Lewis was much quicker at that point and had much better drive going onto the pit straight, i thought he had every right to go for an overtake at that point! Whats he supposed to do take his foot off the throttle and just follow when clearly he had much better momentum and drive? I accept Hamilton drove a stinker in Monaco and was an idiot but it seems that he is to blame for every incident know if he is involved, he's a racer and thats what they do go for the overtake! At the end of the day it was a racing incident. Obviously the media wont see it that way because they need a story to write! Anyhow Button as accepted the blame . Anyhow fantastic win by Jenson just happy to see Vettel beaten. Button explained that he had taken the blame for the coming-together during a two-hour break forced by heavy rain at the Montreal circuit. "I couldn't see anything when he came alongside me. I couldn't see anything in my mirrors, it is just one of those things and I have apologised to him," said Button.
  8. For once i agree with EJ about the race should never have started under a safety car, no where near bad enough for that!
  9. 3 incidents being investigated...... two of which were after he tried to take his team mate out. .................... But surely the other two incidents were comitted before? The first one regarding his speed when the safety car started the race (which Button also exceeded) and the incident with Webber After watching the Le Man 24 hour race F1 is rapidly becoming a tarts sport! "Ooh it raining again we cant have the worlds best drivers racing in that"! :edit: though i now accept its too bad

  14. But re-passed by a great overtake by Hamilton a few laps later Anyhow if he was up for it or not, i am afraid the car was not As for Hamilton his race was over on Saturday afternoon, but agree his attempted overtakes on Massa and Maldonado were stupid as was his mouth afterwards Lewis will bounce back in Canada and like last year i predict a return to winning ways. Anyhow in other news. Pirelli wants Formula 1 teams to be prevented from changing tyres if a race is stopped by a red flag. The tyre manufacturer said Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix was robbed of a thrilling climax after a stoppage caused by Vitaly Petrov's accident allowed the front three drivers Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button to change rubber. This effectively turned the result into a foregone conclusion, with the top three cruising to the chequered flag in a procession.
