    Marked Nismos

Hi guys, Digsy is correct but you wasting your time with Co-ordsport, Phil grey imported the wheels to get them for the prices he was offering them at. Unfortunately Rays won't touch the wheels because corrosion, specifically salt corrosion, isn't covered under warranty because they wheels are not designed to be used on our roads. They are marked of summer use only on the paperwork and any tests that Rays conduct on the wheels will conclude that they've been used in a less than favourable environment! Best thing to do is have them refurbed and change to your stock wheels in the winter to preserve there life. Gaz Define 'grey imported them'......... +1

  11. Yes i think that would be fine, like i said its there only for monitoring purposes so very little current will be used.
  12. If it was too low a wattage it would get very warm. But in this case i should imagine nothing really happens unless heaven forbid you were in a crash. I should imagine some type of charge is sent to the airbag in the event of crash that blows some type of blowable fuse (in your case a resistor) that activates the airbag. The fact that you are fitting a resistor only tells the airbag monitoring unit that it is connected to the airbag which must have a similar impedance of 2.2ohm hence clearing the light, and in that case i should imagine only a very small signal current is used.
  13. Would have thought 3w was plenty Would go down to 1 watt if you can get them. At the end of the day what do these wire connectors do? set off the airbag?
  14. Hi had a reg for sale a few years back with one of these company's and they put it up for £1350 and it never sold, as i think they over value them. Ended up selling it for £300 in the end.
  15. We have a certain trick for that junction now to assist zed owners Nixy Started by Mike (xstric9x) and also done by me. oh do tell? Which one of you has the police uniform then? One of us puts our car across the road to the left of the junction, so blocking traffic whilst the zed convoy filters onto the road to the right of us. Any non compliance and i will get my truncheon out. Errrh no may be not Louis is coming.
