  6. +1 I use mine as a second car and sometimes leave for up to 4 weeks in the garage without any issues +1 +2
  7. But how do you know that especially when you state the AA only think its ecu related. An ecu failure is very rare on these cars. The reset does not only remove the light. If this was my car i would at least be trying an ecu reset as outlined, you have nothing to lose and only takes a few minutes. Similar case here viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19588

  9. Firstly i would disconnect the car battery but PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WINDOWS ARE POWERED DOWN before you do this and leave it disconnected for a while. Reconnect it and then try the ecu reset.
