Your zed would cry if you took it out between november and march Dave! I am working tonight too and driving the Punto to work was very scary. I can honestly say that i cant ever remember seen roads this bad where i live. No gritting at all and the roads are like glass. Even the Punto was struggling to cope, the zed would have had no chance.

Yet another reason mine stays off the roads during winter.

May be worth powering down both windows. Disconnect the battery for a shortwhile. Reconnect the battery then sit in the car and power both windows all the way up again. This should reset them.

I never said Sony were the best, just that I like to buy Sony. Did you know that industrywise, Samsung manufacture the best LCD panels to date and that some Sony lines actually have Samsung panels in them? And if I remember correctly, Toshiba, Pioneer and Panasonic are all sister or daughter companies to the Japan Victor Company, otherwise known as JVC Like i said then. In a lot of cases its just down to the different electronics used.

You are over rating Sony. Would not be on my list if i was choosing a new tv. Lets face it only about 3 company's make all the screens for all the different brands anyway. Panasonic all the way for me.

No longer an issue on todays plasma's. Been known to be an issue on lcd's too by the way. I would go plasma but at the size you want i think you will have more choice with LCD.

Probably not too shabby so long as you dont leave it full of water Convert the tank to hold fuel and you could do some mamoth road trips But iirc you can prove it is still capable of fighting a fire it will be road tax exempt Not totally sure this is right but i did hear it somewhere
