In a word yes. Its very easy to use and you will be surprised what it can remove. Make sure you use plenty of lube. On a side note have you tried a bit of polish or a paint cleaner like lime-prime?

could be 3 miles or 300,000 miles.... It's exciting driving a K series! One eye on the temperature and one on the road. Having done some reading on the rover forums, some reckon that the cooling system capacity is very marginal on these engines hence HGF if the coolant is allowed to run low. One of my first jobs this week is to replace the coolant and give the system a flush. Also need to replace the timing belt as well.

For less money than a secondhand Nismo exhaust!! In great condition and still drives like new, but i know the k-series has a bad reputation for blowing head gaskets! But ideal for work and the winter A to B driving Got it off a friend of mine who's dad can no longer drive. S reg and only done 29k!! Beavis the Rover driver!!

Have to agree with all that is said above. This method of painting a car is never going to work
