  2. I started to watch this but decided it was far too heavy for a Saturday night
  3. Reguarly leave mine for approx 5 months during the winter. I dont drive it because it is normally sorned during this period. Just has the car cover on and a trickle charger on the battery. It gets the odd start up but thats it. Never had any problems.
  4. Mine updated fine the other week to 2.2 via my wi-fi network at home. I am on vodafone though
  5. So why did my 4 year old previous electronic device work then when switched off? Its quite normal for a phone to start up automatically when a alarm has been set
  6. Yes i know but its still a nice option to have
  7. After ridiculing people who have these dam smart phones i finally gave in the other week and got the highly regarded HTC Desire to replace my ageing Sony-Ericsson K800i. Now i always use my phone for an alarm clock and for years i have always set my alarm and then switched my phone off for the night so as not to be disturbed, yes i know i can put it on silent (but i might as well switch it off instead in that case) and every morning it has been clever enough to switch itself on and sound the alarm. So why the hell cant this all singing all dancing so called smart phone do the same thing with its fancy android software? The desire does not have the best battery life in the world and if i forget and leave my charger at work and set my alarm before bed then i can conserve a little energy by switching it off until the alarm goes off next morning. I am gobsmacked to find that this £400 phone cant do this simple task
  8. Outside of the toilet window would be good though
  9. +1 And for the record i deleted it. To be fair i should have pm,d you but it was very early this morning when i removed it. But it also must be made clear that threads like these are frowned upon deeply by the team and under the cloud of recent sad events they will get removed quickly without much thought or reason given to the OP. Thankyou Colin you beat me to it.
  10. Oh come on Nixy the one i emailed you recently
  11. I'm actually going to have a zed dedicated 'fun' downstairs loo so Beavis will finally achieve his ambition of REALLY appearing on my toilet wall! Be careful though nixy or I will post that face pic you adore. But anyway I am pleased for you.
  12. Welcome back Bennett, just to let you know I have to still eat my hat because your man still has not made a podium this year
  13. Oh you mean use the huge run off area that if he had used it and gained an advantage he would have been penalised. I am sorry he tried to use the track!! At the end of the day it was a racing accident, Webber made a mistake and Hamilton quite rightly seized the opportunity. Hamilton is a racer what do you expect him to do? Horner does my head in too on about Hamilton been too aggresive then says nothing about "crash kid" Vettel, this is not a sport for wimps Anyway we will have to agree to disagree
  14. What a load of rubbish, what do you expect him to do? Webber made a mistake and Hamilton seized the opportunity and had every right to challenge at that point! Hamilton had him beat Webber had all the time in the world to get out of it but decided not too but decided instead to do what Red Bull do best "If you cant beat them knock them off the track"
  15. Nice pics James, pity about Stoke-on-Trent though
  16. Nice write up Andy. Glad you liked Wales so much, just a pity you only made one New car looks
