I was in a similar situation to you in May with my GT4. But the car had done only 16k when it went for its Nissan service. I told them i did not want them changing with such a low mileage. I still got my Nissan stamp in the service book but will probably have them changed next time. If they wanted doing when the car was in warranty (due to mileage) then obviously they would have been done.
