  6. to the forum +1 on whats been said about the petrol. Rear noise may be the rear drop links, they tend to dry out but normally they makes a clunking sound.

    I went on holiday a few years ago to Olu Deniz and they were re-tarmacing the road, i can honestly say that i could not have done a worse job if i had been high as a kite and completley pi**ed!! With or without the pot holes the roads were bloody awful!!

  13. Try the WD40 first, spray the sticky pad area, let it soak for a min then rub with a cloth
  14. If you can get the bulk of the pad off try a bit of WD40 or white spirit (just test it on a small area first)

  16. without one of these, a decent tyre pressure guage One of the presents i had for my birthday the other week. Nice and weighty and love the fact it measure's 1/10ths of psi too. Very important to keep them tyre's at the correct pressure for safety and economical reasons. You can programme this the settings you want for front and rear. Set it to read psi, bar or kpa and as a built in led torch too.
  17. No just name initials, not many with DJW (my initials) around but my son's initials are RDW which is much cheaper. Got my eye on one from the mid 80's Will be able to pass it on too him at a later date too
