I must admit i've stopped flashing Zs now as i just seem to get looks as if im a total wierdo.
-
Well so far you are the majority Stew.
-
O.K. Boys and Girls,
Roll Up, Roll Up.
Looking to get another meet orginised, but not a massive run just one that will take about 1 n a half hours, (Well maybe not even that long, google say 1.30 i done it a lot lot quicker). Can do this on a week day evening as the road planned is pretty empty and its not geting dark till late. Thinking Bank Hols Monday, or Tuesday or Wed, whatever is easiest for folk. Just done this route today for shivs and giggles in the torential rain, was great fun. When we come back to Stoney thought we could get the best icecream ever from Aunty Bettys. Heres you can have your choice of 32 flavours.
attached should be the route, you will probably all have run it at some point im sure!

Not happy. As soon as i found out about this i signed the petition.
The driver is just an easy target for the goverment and the police to make the figures look good.
Think James May said it best
"Ken Livingston, for deciding that if you earn a living and pay tax, and spend some of what's left on a car, and then pay value added tax on that, and then buy some road fund license tax to put the car on the road, and then pay fuel duty tax on the fuel, and value added tax on that fuel duty tax, you should then pay 25 pounds TAX! to drive into the center of the capitol"
Someone on another forum had a brilliant idea, all the british car clubs like this one get all the members on the main motorways and dual carriage ways sit in all the lanes, and sit at 50 mph, would create havic.
-
I sat behind this car most the way down King Street. It really is a cool car from every angle.
-
Can't belive it was right in front of me and missed it, gutted. Might go up to forfar too see one.
Nissan Aberdeen didn't have one or the 370 yet, asked when they will be getting them in, one guy actually said " A WHAT?". The other guys in the dealership looked at him as if he was mentally deranged.
-
Looks good. Be first time on some of these roads for me.
-
£80grand for 400bhp !
I know. No one told them about the ressision.
-
This car for sale is not mine, if it was i would be keeping it. Bargin.
-
cool, Should be fun. Think I need to get myself a camera, the pink one i borrowed didn't go down to well at the last meet.
-
So is the exact route all top secret until the 26th????
I think that all models of performance cars should be allowed to come along, could have a massive convoy of 350z, S2000, ferrari, VWR32, Porsche, lotus, 1991 Ford Fiesta with a 1.1ltr engine , ect...
-
No No.
Just nick picking, car was behaving like that when i got it. Only the exhaust was damaged, Thank God.
-
Hi Vas, hope you got the exhaust fitted now...
I've got a few suspension goods available, springs and coilovers... Most bits are on the forum in the Traders section but if you need more info feel free to drop me a PM...
Yeah just fitted the exhaust today, Would have done it sooner but just back home from work yesterday. Was gone to sent you a PM to say how good the new system was. Great note from the back.
Took it for a run straight away and am not entirly happy with the front suspension. Think the Shocks are well on there way out. Did have a look at your site, but might have to wait to next pay check before i can treat myself.
Really happy with the new exhaust. Told myself when i got the car that i would keep it standard, but think i might be getting this modding bug thats going around.

Hi Folks.
So here is the story need, a new suspension kit for the car consisting of Anti-Roll Bar Links, Shocks,Springs and Drop links. Think i will have to buy the drop links seperate though.
Lookin for ideas, wanting a decent set, Aftermarket performance is O.K. but don't want a ride so stiff i break my back. Any ideas of where to look, or tested and approved sets by you guys n gals would be great. Don't fancy taking on this job either so will send it to a mechanics, any idea how long it will take to fit. i.e. labour costs.
Cheers

Yeah, I was off-shore. Told them not to use it!!!! Think i'll have to start taking the Keys with me.

Conoco Phillips Fly with Bond, they just changed a few months ago. Probably see out contract and then renew with either CHC or Bristows
-
BP has just withdrawn the contract for choppers from Bond and are now flying with CHC Scotia. Cant see Bond lasting much longer in Aberdeen.
-
Good Good,
Can't wait, Anymore Zeds comming?
-
Its a very sad day in the North Sea. Really hits home the dangers we face. Off-shore right now and some of the guys here know some of the guys that was in the chopper.
My thoughts are with the families and friends of everyone that was onboard.
Think the PLB's will have to come back.
