  1. Looking good. But tbh, there are easier ways of getting the "black roof" look, lol
  2. Seen this on VeilSide USA website " Our wheels are manufactured to order in Japan, where strict safety impact standards must be met by all wheels manufactured in Japan. "
  3. Fair dues, but I meant the ones that we are interested in aren't made in the UK, like the Work, Volk, etc. So....
  4. The contract repair...can you nominate the garage you want to make the repairs or is that done by the ins company? Just had a thought, but dunno how legal/illegal it is. Am I right in guessing that CS has full garage facilities at hand? If so, couldn't you nominate him as your garage? Couldn't CS then say that the parts are alot cheaper, then source them with the combined effort of CS himself, Chilli, R35LEE and ZMANALEX? Is that allowed or not?
  5. I smelled a rat as soon as he called the Veilside one Turbine. If he had indeed known whoever made them for VeilSide, then he should have known the proper name to be "Baccarat". Even if he had taken a minute to flip thru a Veilside catalog, he should have noticed. Plus when he said that "You'd be suprised how many Work wheels are actually made in the UK", like c'mon. After having seen the vid about the manufacturing process of Volk/Rays wheels, we know it's a fairly large operation, plus the fact that the only thing we actually export these days are JCB's (see lots of them getting shipped at the port)
  6. makes me feel alot better about going to marshalls, there going to hopefully sort out my rear clicking axle. Your axle should be fine, like I said in a previous post above, Ray has had his clicky axle sorted at Marshalls (replacement, not grease job) and he's been smiles ever since.
  7. I missed the postman, because I was at work and the package needed signing for. Will pick it up tomorrow. Thanks again to all involved with the group buy
  8. Actually caught up the the GM '04 owner here at the port and he's been using Marshalls Bury St.Edmunds for the last four years. He's never had an issue with them and they have always seen him right. He also told me that the majority of staff and mechanics there used to work for the previous franchise holder, Jeffries Nissan. He told me that when Jeffries were the franchise holder, it was more of a family run business, with many staff and mechanics being from the family. When Marshalls took over, most of them remained and they are keen to keep the standard of service at a high level. They know that if they didn't, many regular customers that were used to the Jeffries high standard, would take their business elsewhere. Hope this helps.
  9. Try ringing Marshalls Bury St.Edmunds, failing that and whether you want a FNSH, you could always try DMS. Raymond (SilentKK8) had his clicky axle, P2 and new Falkens from there and seemed happy with the service. Ray is on the road ATM and won't be back till Friday, will ask him to comment when he gets back.
  10. There is a paintless dent remover on Portman Walk Ind. Estate. Took mine there to ask about a minor dent in the front wheelarch. He declined the job cos there was a crack in the paint. However, he was doing a car at the time and looked well setup. Asking never cost anything so it might be worth a try. Hope this helps
  11. CS is a trader on here and I think he's based in Leicester. He sells aftermarket parts and also bodykits. He should be your best bet to finding a good bodyshop in your area. Hope this helps
  12. Well, I haven't really said anything yet......so......
  13. I'd noticed all the new sprinklings wonder why? Because they have now realized what real men drive....
  14. Since it's a cloth, is it thin/thick? Seeing that you have covered the whole cover in the cloth, will it have slight fitment issues once it is refitted to the car? (i.e. panels that go around that cover) Thanks
  15. I don't want to be posting a guide on here, because I don't know how many Apple employees use these forums and don't want to get anybody into potential trouble, myself included
  16. Unlocking is as easy as....an easy thing. I have been jailbreaking and unlocking iPhones for free, because I find it disgusting how people can charge for something that anybody can do in a few mins. Andy, I will be on MSN tomorrow night after 8pm-ish, if you want guidance.
  17. Try different Nissan dealers in your area, in these times where not alot of people buy Zeds off their forecourts, they should be more than willing to let you take it for a test drive.
  18. Furthermore to what Vale said, the line about calibrated equipment can work on traffic police that pulls you over. You need to ask them if their VASCAR (or whatever they are using these days) was calibrated PRIOR to duty. If it was, then they should have paper work to support it. If not, then it is highly likely they let you go straight away.
  19. Get that Nissan wing badge thing...
  20. Don't worry nixy, it's all just a wind up. It's harmless really.
  21. Just remember to keep the ESP off in the future....gives you a better chance of not bending stuff. Mark, is the kart indoor or outdoor? Could attract forum members for a one night race championship knockout style.
  22. With current prices, there may be a Zed in the works?
  23. black nails with red Zed logos.....time attack style!
