Be VERY careful with your laquered rims BM. Don't care anymore now, damage is done so nothing to loose. Current plan is to wait and have the dishes refurbed with a diamond cut finish and then lacquered. If this works out favourably, then it's worth the £9 punt seeing as they will be taken off for the winter.

Whilst going to Halfords to buy a new Magic Tree, I spotted amongst the PW extension hoses one that looked out of place. I looked to me as if it had Karcher connectors, but had no tags on it. I asked one of the shop assistants if it was priced correctly and he said he could check. He assumed it was the Halfords own brand and sold it to me for £14.99, bargain! The Karcher extension hoses usually go for about £30. Got home tried it out and yup, it's a Karcher extension alright. Halfords staff can be dim at most times, but it's up to you to use it to your advantage

Could have been something to do with the Rev Matching confusing the gear changes perhaps!! Guessing he drives by the noise of the engine... Knowing the Stig, he prolly turned that off straight after pushing the Start Button

Looks like The Stig kept looking down at the centre console/footwell area too....did he loose something?

Don't sell the OEM wheels, keep them for the winter, just save a little longer and make the transformation over winter. Good things are worth waiting for and your Zed will emerge in the new year like a butterfly out of it's cocoon
