  1. I'm going to mod my Debenhams special with some Abec 7 bearings and supersoft inline skate wheels, bet it will be quieter than yours I do have multi-directional wheels you know....
  2. Rimowas are sexy imo, simple but striking design. I got a polycarbonate one, and the wheels on that are sooooo smooth, I just glide through airport lounges... It's like the Zed of suitcases, people always give it a look and sometimes a nod of approval. http://www.rimowa.com/main.php?country= ... N#products
  3. This is the ONLY way the Chavs can drive the Zed Argh, not this chav crap again. BTW, I know from first hand experience that Jerry is a chavophobic
  4. I love my Rimowa suitcase, but it's too big for the Zed, may have to purchase a smaller one....
  5. On a serious note martin, is it possible to get bespoke luggage made up to fit the Zed? Like Rimowa do for Porsche or Louis Vuitton for Infiniti http://www.bornrich.org/entry/louis-vui ... ncept-car/
  6. Is that with or without V.A.T.? Well, that's if they are in stock, otherwise it will have to be ordered specially from Japan, which will add a £250 courier charge with import tax still to be paid...
  7. Next big thing is manbags with club logo on them.....or so I've been told........LOUIS!!!!!!!!!
  8. ROFL....BJM.......BJ Master.....was driver female by anychance?
  9. You just got to find the secret 3rd seat now No secret third seat, two cupholders for drinks, the other cupholder is actually for the tub of lubricant, incase your special ladyfriend is abit...errr....dry .............or turns out to be a bloke...

  12. Oh damn, only just seen this, get well soon mate, hope your not out of action for too long.
  13. You didn't search hard enough, lol viewtopic.php?f=62&t=23989
  14. Why not take the bags with you when viewing a Zed for sale, then try to fit them in? If people do the golfbag test, then I'm sure they'll agree to the two bags test...
  15. Damn..... I like baseball caps...got 4 of them (no Burberry ones tho) I like my Zed.... I like driving a touch on the naughty side of the law... I like stuff that makes my Zed shine (detailing products...) I like hip hop music and wear hoodies... I like to buy non-cheapy mods for my Zed.... Does this mean I'm a chav-bourgoise-proletarian crossbreed? A chavourtarian? In my opinion, if you like the Zed, just get in the car and enjoy it, if you hanker for something else, then just go and get something else. I usually keep my cars until they physically are near their mechanical death, last car, the Honda Prelude was in my possesion for 7 years, until I sold it...to a baseballcap wearing person...
  16. Hi there and welcome to the forums. The fact hat you have been on here reading shows that subconciously, you want a Zed. As painful as it may be, you'll have to admit that your other half is absolutely right and you should get a Zed How much space do you need for the skydiving gear, I suppose it's not just a parachute on it's own then... You'd be suprised how much stuff you can stuff in the boot. One owner went on a camping trip and managed to stuff clothes, supplies, sleepingbag and even a one man tent in the Zed.
  17. First time I heard that someone thought the Zed was more practical than an Evo Welcome to the forums anyway, I think you'll fit right in with this lot.
  18. For the sake of a Nissan stamp in the book, it's not really worth the money. You'd be best off having an independant specialist doing the servicing for you in future. Either that or take it to one of the Nissan garage that meets our approval. volks

I was lucky enough to buy 19" Volks from Envy before the prices went up. If it helps the fronts are 19"x9.5 with a +28 offset, rears are 19"x10.5 with a +23 offset. I also bought my Volks with rubber from Envy South.
  20. Not hard to shut at all and no flex either. I think it's either down to Varis making a quality bonnet and/or that the dampers I bought, although they were BNIB, they weren't fitted for a year after purchase, so might had lost some pressure. But I did attempt to compress them by hand but couldn't, only by pointing one end to the floor and then putting some bodyweight behind it, did they compress.
  21. The dampers are not lightweight specific. They are the INXX ones ESR used to sell, I bought them BNIB of another owner that bought them off ESR, but never got round to fitting them. With the old brackets, there was slight movement of the brackets because the single bolt would act as a pivot point, thus me wanting some new and improved ones. When closing, there is no more movement in the brackets, at no time is there any flex in the bonnet whilst closing. I only remember slight dimensions from the sketch the ironworker took, but recall that the two holes were 15mm from the edge and 60mm apart from each other. Holes are M6 sized. I'll get the measuring tape out later and take some more dimensions.
  22. "Eyes On You" Suggestion based on the targetmarket and that you are providing a service that brings the "Eyes On You" eyesonyou.co.uk is still available too
