    Service!

If possible, travel to Erith near Dartford and visit DMS, they done a P3 service on mine before and Dixon and his crew are superb. He also has a 350Z on site permanently for a cuscomer, that uses it as a tracktool at Brands Hatch, so he does have experience working on one. And finally, he also does discounts for forums members
  7. door controls and grab handle were fairly quick, prolly 15mins each, but the centre console and gear surround, about 2-3 hours
  8. Did this myself viewtopic.php?f=53&t=35001
  9. Yeah, that was my first though, but then decidec to remove the gauges altogether, including the bottom cup bits that are stuck down, decided to pop them out so I only had the centre console frame, then replaced the gauge cups back, which was easy enough with the help of superglue and a soldering iron (plastic welding). so the di-noc strectches around the edge and out of sight and ends up looking quite tidy.
  10. Started at the bottom first and worked towards the gauges. First attempt was starting from the middle, but ended up total crap, ripped it off and started again.
  11. Mind you, it ain't perfect, some minor imperfections...suppose I could call that "characteristic of handfinished interior" haha
  12. Yup, precut square sheet of DI-NOC CA-421 measuring 60cm x 120cm tools used were: -hairdryer -fingers -patience (not much of that left tho) -sharp knife -scissors -soldering iron (to plastic weld the triple gauges back in)
  13. Well, had a go thinking "Oh well, how hard can it be... triple gauges were a PITA!!! That's all, don't wanna do anymore now...
  14. edited with different link or this one http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xcv6dv ... n_creation
  15. How about removing them and giving them a good ol clean up? Should do that on mine too tho, lol
  16. Well, this lil film is quite nice and brings back some memories...
  17. I remember the days when 286 hard drives were the size of car stereos and could hold a massive 40MB of data
  18. just did mine and had the same problem. one thing this guide doesn't say is once you've unclipped the left had side of the back of that use its large fin like shape on the back as leverage to pop the other side out. Hence the pic below that one that shows the whole thing...didn't want to insult peoples intelligence and thought you guys and girls would figure it out
  19. oh damn...3 hour drive means I'll have to hit the road at 4am!!!
  20. When do the gates open so I know when to set off?
  21. I know that the 15th is gonna be a long day for me...3 hours drive each way...better get up early and pack the foldable army bed for sunbathing, lol
  22. no spacers needed, perfect finish with the arches
