  1. This pic is like an optical illusion...is it pointing away or towards you?
  2. I have no idea about the x1, you don't want the VEYRON it's pants! Get a Gtr and tune it as much as possible, it much quicker The Veyron is way to heavy, even after lightening. I found that the Mazda Furai is far better after being fully tuned and lightened. Veyron weighs 1400kgs-ish with 1050 bhp, the Furai weighs just a little over 600kgs anf has 550bhp-ish. it's much faster and handles much better. the only other fast car I choose over the Veyron would be the Zonda R '09
  3. On the Zed. most things require either a 10mm or 14mm spanner/socket. As for the window scraper, no idea
  4. Lesson here... zmanalex > eBay (when it comes to Zed parts)
  5. Someone tell the lorry drivers to clear the snow off the containers after they stopped for the night
  6. Looks like prize cars are ramdom to a degree. My friend is a higher level than me and hasn't gotten the Furai as of yet
  7. Here are my little efforts
  8. By the way, who is getting one of these to play GT5 on, lol
  9. I think we should make a seperate GT5 Gaming Sessions Thread or something Top Gear Test Track with the Lotus is well hard, keep going off the track, haha
  10. Went to local GAME for midnight opening release and got a Logitech Wheel too With only 11 peeps showing up, the store manager did a raffle and gave away a Signature Edition GT5 for the price of a regular edition, Signature edition is usually £130. Sadly I did not win it
  11. Only thing I know is that when I filled a motorbike tank at Shell with V-Power, that on a full tank I could see to the bottom of the tank. Filling up at Sainsburys, I could not see to the bottom of the tank, because the fuel was cloudy. I only feed the Zed V-Power.
  12. See you all on the Top Gear Test track for a challenge, lol
  13. I would advise extreme caution and pass on the car to me. Since the car is of asian origins, so must be the evil spirits that reside within the vehicle. I know of an ancient ritual that will help return the spirit to world beyond our world, but for it to remain there the vessel it occupied cannot be returned to it current owner, but passed on to a new one as a gesture of gratitude. I would take the previous haunted vehicle off your hands and you should then remain undisturbed for the future. But honestly, I hope everything works out for you and a run of good luck is on it's way
  14. Be careful when removing the doorcard around the tweeter, if you are too rough, you might snap the plastic on the top corner of it.
  15. It confused me too. Maybe they got too excited......or maybe they took it out for a spin and washed it after to remove any dirt they picked up.... And yes we are for the most part a little OCD when it comes to cleaning our Zeds
  16. as a spectale wearer, I'm not too keen on 3D tellys anyways, would look a right idiot having to wear two sets of glasses... saw a nice 46" LED from Samsung for £750 online and the specs are impressive http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electro ... oduct.html
  17. This is one for all the techno geeks out there. Yesterday mt LCD TV made a slight "zzzt" noise and then the picture went a bit dimmer, the white isn't white and there is alot of ghosting going on. When I open the onscreen menu and exit after, you can still see the menu for about a minute after, like screen burn, but it does go away. Only thing I can think of, is that the backlight element has gone, or one of them if there are more. Anybody got any ideas? The TV model is Samsung LE40M87BD. Can anybody point me to the right spares that I may need to attempt a repair by myself? Thanks all.
  18. Question is, why does the seller have to use pics from the US rather than actuall pics of the items he wants to sell....
  19. If they are going out in a festive fashion (i.e. for free) then perhaps, lol
