Great idea, but a quick question and not meant to trash your thread. If you make a vacuum mould isn't the shape gonna be slightly bigger as it conforms around the original piece? Would it still fit in place of the original reflector? Would it be an idea to make a mould of the original reflector and then shave enough material off it to make up for the thickness of the acrylic used to make the new parts? Just asking and suggesting, keep up the good work

When I first got my Zed, the lights were terrible. Couldn't really see ahead of me, only a couple of feet at the most. Then found out about the adjuster and raised the beam, been great ever since. Here's the guide on how it's done http://www.hypersprite.com/auto/tech-z-003/index.asp

There is an adjuster wheel you can adjust with a very long Phillips screwdriver, look in the guides section

It's a lot easier when you remove the white A/C control box altogether, just unplug and re-fit once all your wires are tucked away

On a side note, military helicopters do have ejector seats, it fires the rotor blades outwards and then fires the ejector seat upwards (according to 007 Goldeneye anyways, lol)

I did some reading though in regards to the lawsuit that Apple filed against George Hotz (geohot) and found that although the judge ruled in favour of geohot, this ruling was passed under US law and it does not apply to the laws in the UK. Apple are still protected under the copyright infringement act of 1988, although it has been also mentioned that a judge would probably be in favour of the individual that had jailbroken their phone, even if such a precedent has not been set yet within the UK

would this method screw the warrenty? Any tampering with the phone in a way that alters it's original state as it was supplied will void the warranty, this includes unlocking via jailbreak (which is what greenp0ison does)
