  1. You do realize that the DAS6, and maybe the G220, can be used as orbital sanders
  2. Since it was my birthday this weekend, I was given a Zed as a present. Totally out the blue and took me by total suprise. At first glance I can make out a few mods which are: - Nismo front bumper - Nismo sideskirts - Nismo rear spats - 19" Racing Hart CR 6-spokes - unidentified rear spoiler - custom paintjob with airbrushed graphics - polished powersteering and washer bottles - Cold air intake - JWT Popcharger - polished plenum - bonnet dampers - custom exhaust with 4" rolled tips Here are the pics
  3. Since the "PM ZMANALEX" failed, have you tried the "PM R35LEE" option?
  4. Basic technique http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jhB0dlST_0 Just search YouTube for "Vinyl Wrapping"

  6. And taking your time is the key when you do it. And the use of a hairdryer
  7. For just backing up purposes, you could get a Sharkoon QuickPort http://www.scan.co.uk/products/sharkoon ... 5-for-usb3 And then store the harddrives themselves.
  8. Last time I bought a 2TB internal for my PC I paid about £80 (Samsung SpinPoint F3)
  9. Well, since you are nearly there, just have the rest of the car wrapped in matt black, steath Zed for the win
  10. This is what mine turned out after I wrapped them in 3M DI-NOC Thinking of taking the 3M stuff off and re-doing it with Hexis CF Vinyl.
  11. according to the developers, they seems to have made the game 60% rally, the rest being Ken Block GayKhana stuff and other odd bits
  12. i looked on Google again, and it seems that CATs and downpipes are the same thing, so the order would be 1 & 2, attach them to the y-pipe No.4, an then the centre pipe No.6. Don't forget the No.5's between No.1 and No.4 as well as No.2 and No.4 and the No.7 between No.4 and No.6 If done correctly, you should have the local chinese knocking at your door with a bag full of starters...
  13. Should be easy, angle grinder, cut it down the middle and voila......at least I'd imagine it to be that easy....
  14. And that is why I keep my eye on my rearview, even when passing over a plastic bag, just to make sure it comes out the other end.....
  15. 10 is the bracket that supports the CATs, No's 1 & 2
  16. Does that connector actually work in the UK spec cars? I found out about those when I was looking up iPod solutions before I bought my car but since then I read they don't work in UK Zeds. I would prefer to use this method since it doesn't permanently alter the stereo operation (whereas the hack cuts out the cassette deck permanently, correct me if I'm wrong). That interface only works with US and JDM models as they have the connection at the back of the Headunit, UK models do not have this connection
  17. PC (Win7) is on a LAN cable and the wireless device is my iPhone. Deffo not the phone, as when I visit my mates or my brothers, it connects fine (ironically, my bro has my previous Netgear and it runs with no issues, lol)
  18. The netgear kit is normally very good. I run an access point as well (netgear) in my network, but that never plays up and is now (hmmmm) 6 years old and I never have to reset it. I wonder if it has something to do with the line which is being provided. Don't forget the line is like the london underground, crowded and unreliable! I bet if you paid for a upgraded line the issues could potentially go away. As before, I have contacted the ISP before to have my connection reset at the exchange and it still happens. Now I frequently reset the router to regain connection, plus the Wi-Fi has become sporadic. Last year I thought it may have something to do with overheating of the Netgear router, so I took it apart and drilled holes into the housing, looks like a sieve now, lol. and even after airflow has been improved, is now starting to deteriorate in regards to connectivity.
  19. not the same parts No.4 is the Y-Pipe, down pipes are the section before that, not sure whether the CATs can be classed as that, but the CATs are no's 1 & 2
  20. interesting that I am not the only one
  21. The love stories or the flash/waving bit?
