  1. Trimpiece sent off today. Forget about paying me, I'd rather see a £10 donation to either the club or the clubs Japan Disaster Appeal.
  2. Nah, genuine concern cos I have not seen nor heard from my fav "slapper" in a while
  3. Well done, hope you'll enjoy them. I sure enjoy mine. Oh, and welcome to the "proper" wheel club (before Sarnie says it )
  4. Do it man, it's like half price of what they would cost new and that's without tyres. Bargain for sure
  5. I know someone on the other forums selling a set of Volk Racing SF Challenge in 19", same wheels as I have, only difference is that they have gold centres and a diamond cut dish, diamond cut cos there have been refurbed £1600 with tyres too http://forums.**REMOVED**.com//index.p ... opic=29240
  6. Stupid Question Alert Are you sure you connected the RCA to the correct input on the HU?
  7. The wires on mine are thick cos those are the extention wires I added so I could reach the main grounding point. You could try the cam in the car off that 12v battery and see if it works?
  8. If it works fine on the tv, then it's probably the right one. Dave, did you lay a wire to give signal to HU?
  9. Be careful, i had an incedent where i hooked it all up, checked it was working before putting it all bacl, sure enough it did, put everything back and then it didn't work. took everything out the boot again an noticed i had pulled the power off the scotchtap while putting the styrofoam back in. re-done it and all was well. Did you use the green or the pale green wire? it should be the pale green
  10. Well.....there is one way to find out
  11. Halfords do outdoor covers that's breathable and has lining so as to not scratch the paintwork. Didn't someone mention tiger p1$$ in the other thread?
  12. Good call Lee. I'll stick up a pic I took earlier when I'm back home from work. About a good 4mm tread left in centre and one shoulder.
  13. Longest rainfall nonstop I have witnessed was one week, mind you this was in Hong Kong during rain season
  14. Oh my, that's some serious waterdamage. Glad I don't live at the lower part of town
  15. Before I even stick anything in the For Sale section, I was wondering if anybody would even be interested in used Falkens. I just put new fronts on and noticed that the main wear is on the shoulder, the centre and the other shoulder seem fine, due to slight camber. But would anybody even buy them for track usage? They are 245/35 R19 Falken 452
  16. yup. that;s basically it, I used some generic 1.5mm wire to the HU signal and added a female bullet connector to the end (HU side is male of course)
  17. I'm gonna take my doors apart too, hoping that the car belonged to a mob boss at some point and stashed millions of £££'s in there
  18. I don't have the driver side cos that's on the car. Bought them as a pair and thus have the passenger side spare. Just PM me your address and I'll send it out to you for say £10 + p&p?
  19. I have to disagree. Having worked with both, I find the Hexis is much better, at least when it comes to the CF vinyl. Plus the Hexis stuff is more flexible then the 3M, which is better for wrapping interiors with complex shapes. Hexis > 3M all day
  20. I just wanted one day off from using Google to search for something, just one day, but nooooooo, I get a Lexx instead
  21. I've no idea! But I'm looking to take that off as well. If you would be so kind to take more pics from different angles and what you want for it, then I'll get a better idea, thanks No-one ever listens to me As I said earlier, its a CTD-Germany spoiler. http://www.ctd-germany.com/shop/Nissan- ... :1588.html Yes Lexx, I read what you wrote, but I would like to see a real world picture on a members car rather then an optimized made for advertizing one
  22. Brilliant It's deffo a two man job, it's impossible to do alone. And only do a little bit at a time, as in dont peel the backing paper unles you are working on the section. Peel, heat, work with squeege to avoid bubbles and creases, repeat till done. Go on, have another go Cos before I did the Hexis CF wrap on the roof, I attempted a 3M gloss back roof vinyl, on my own and I also made a lovely vinyl swan out of it instead, lol
  23. Ok, found this But sadly one of the tabs has broken.
