  2. Anyway, what brought you to my neck of the woods?
  3. That person never waves back.....
  4. B&M maybe? http://www.bmracing.com/PRODUCTS/Nissan ... -Shifter_5
  5. And you find that strange given that we are at xmas? As the others have said, you need to order in the Autumn, around Sept/Oct to beat any rush. Zed can handle snow on summer tyres if you are a good driver, but I wouldnt recommend it. I made it back a couple of years ago from Slough to Basingstoke when most other users on the road were giving up, even in FWD cars. Just have to take it steady and keep moving. Or just not go out when it snows I know I did decide slightly late I drove my BMW 330ci M sport with an automatic transmission in the snow last year, I'm sure the 350z ain't as bad as a 3.0 litre auto BMW with different summer tyres on each axle is it?! I live right next to main roads which tend to be clear by the time I get out the house anyway, so I'm sure it should be okay. Oh, no worries, the 350Z only has a bigger engine, more torque and virtually no weight over the rear axle, you'll be fine. I remember struggling to get out of a service station / reststop in Belgium, luckily a few guys in a truck behind me jumped out and offered to help. Next thing I know is I got my boot open and two guys sitting in it and one guy pushing, once I got moving they jumped out and closed the rear hatch and waved me good bye. OI stop scaring me!! Oh and on that same trip, on the A12 near Colchester, on a downslope exit ramp, the car went and spun, did like a 270 degree spin narrowly avoiding a ditch, lucky for me the Police was on top of the sliproad and came to my assistance with a shovel to dig me out
  6. You so need to take a pic when you hit 100K miles, even if your in traffic, just stop and take a pic

  8. I also ordered from mytyres.co.uk well in advance of the possible rush on winter rubber. Nankang SV-2 one set of, cost a little over £400. You can survive in the snow with the Potenzas, I managed it on RE040 in heavy snow from Cologne, Germany via EuroTunnel back to East Anglia....only took 18 hours total, lol
  9. Just add a Rumble kit like this http://www.gameracer.co.uk/detail.aspx?ID=175
  10. As long as it's not near the sidewalls, deffo get it repaired
  11. Reminds me of something else I saw on the TV. There was this person who had ordered a wedding dress from Paris and was wondering why it hadn't arrived in the US on the day she expected it. She got on the phone and spoke to them and after the phone conversation she says "The reason my dress isn't here today, is because of the time difference between the States and Paris. So our today here is two days later over there"
  12. If you want the concave look, can't go wrong with Vossen...
  13. Just to revive this, I just stumbled on a thread on the american forums and talk of a bracket that allows adjustment of the actual biting point and widening of the window, so that the bite is more gradual rather than on/off as it is now. Anybody care to throw this into simpleton language and whether it's worth chasing this bracket kit? http://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-driv ... acket.html and http://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-driv ... -read.html
  14. I love M25 50mph speed zones. I look at the SatNav, match the speed and stick on the cruise control and just sit in the right hand lane. Find it quite amusing when I have german badged motors tailgate me in a bid to push past.
  15. Just imagine for one moment tho. You cruise along, roof down and then the sun comes out... Instant blindness!!!!

  19. Nice to also see that the touch of ARC continues in this vehicle
  20. Also, in the colder weather, some of the bushes will develop a squeak, as the ambient temp causes them to be harder than in the summer. At least in my mind that works, lol
  21. Tarmac, CS, Abbey, Horsham Developments.... Plenty to choose from
