I have no experience of these guys but i have some comments about the car: -The advert says 2006 but you should know it is definately a pre-facelift zed made in 2005 which means you should be fine for tax but it does not have bi-xenon as suggested rather single xenons and the pre-facelift interior (just a few trims and knobs slightly different) -The GT pack should AFAIK also have the lightweight Rays wheels not the standard heavier 18" pictured otherwise everything else looks kosher There are loads of cars around for this price bracket and though the zed is very solid i would naturally go for a full GT UK or similar import with with less mileage( 20-40K miles) and if possible some mild/moderate mods to start you off Be prepared to travel and keep checking the forum sales or pistonheads as cars here are usually from enthusiast and hence well catered for

A pressure bleeder is fine if you knw how to use it Otherwise good old fashion legwork I did not bother with the clips when fitting someones HEL lines and it should be fine. Once everything is back on check for clearances and leak from under the ramp before and after a test drive

+1 Is there any sound deadening in the head liner Dan? If not that might explain why even if you sound deaden the boot and doors, the cabin is still pretty noisy with wind noise! I think there is some incorporated into the underside ofthe liner but you are right so defo some dynamat may help quieten things if it does'nt interfere with fit

Dave, The when was supposed to read win you know that Massa trounced lewis in 2008 and if not for his bad luck it should not have come to Brazil where if not of the mysterious slowing of Glock in the Toyota by 18s on the final lap so he could overtake and have the extra point of 5th place to win the champoinship by 1 point 2007 Yes he when down by 1 point so did Alonso in a team that was waist deep in ferrari's secrets and favouring Lewis. FYI Alonso won 4 races like Lewis and his first 2 before lewis won. You would also have failed to notice that all his 4 wins happened from pole, 1 of which was inherited from Alonso due to being demoted BTW Kimi had 6 wins! 2008 as covered above. Been going to F1 races for over 20 years and not an armchair enthusiast So whats the great Schumi done this year then so far? When he wins this year i will eat my hat Oh and i never said Red Bull will win i said should!!!. I am hoping Lewis wins and shows us why he is by far and away the best racer on the grid at the moment. What does 20 years experience amount too? ................. that you are the F1 oracle Or that any other view or prediction is wrong It a long season and i will personally buy you that hat - for humble pie when Schumi wins a race Anyway i disaggree that Lewis is the best driver on the F1 grid How did you arrive at this conclusion. The fact is he made a meal of winning his campionship and needed "help" from in Brazil to when. Remember how he choked the year before. And repeating you what has he done this season that puts him above all others. Not sure F1 is your strongest subject I expect all of those facts to be wrong The Red Bulls should easily win, the only hope is that Lewis nails one of them into the first corner. Oh and Button has yet to wipe the floor with Lewis this year so i dont get where you get "again" from? The Red Bulls have had more than enough chances to do well and they blow them all!!! Webber pulls a few school boy errors everytime and Vettell well he should be good but never comes through with the goods. As for Button wiping the floor with Hamilton, that's not really true. He has beat him and had more podiums this seasons but he hasn't wiped the floor with him. Whatever happens I'm fairly sure the Red Bulls will not produce a 1, 2 finish! I'm going to be looking out for a winners drive from Schumacher I think he's getting better with every race, I bet he renews his contract if he comes close to winning the championship title just so he can get another world title! Don't give up Husky I am still waiting confirmation on the availability of 345mm x 30 mm rotors. We could be on to a winner if this is available as it will only be a case of addressing the bracketry to fit this to the Brembo calliper and hub. However because the costs will be close to the cheap BBK set up already in the market it will be purely a technical challenge for you as the only extra cost is the bracket since you need to buy pads and rotors anyway If you choose to now then thats also cool

Thanks wasso for seeing this as pure a technical exercise My observations pointed out other options with your budget. I disaggree with the comment of the SC being more stressful than periodic NOS shots. High boost and torque is the killer and you get with NOS while a SC has linear delivery directly related to revs, and if set with low boost it produces mild torque increases and therefore very reliable. For a comparable setup between both it will be safer and cheaper in the long run than NOS. The big concern is controling fueling safely with NOS. Progressive delivery cuts down the risk but things can still go boom easily with uncontrolable issues such as poor fuel quality Unless you are planning a full assault race car carbon panel replacement is too expensive when the funds will benefit other parts of the car which will make you faster i mentioned loosing carpets, spare wheel and sticking lighter seat, Rays (or even lighter 17" wheels), exhaust - worth close to 100kgs. Enjoy your modding and keep us posted as its always nice to see how others get alog with different routes to improve performance
