  1. I have replied to all pms Price reductions gauranteed for firm interest
  2. Got these form less than a month ago from a member here who purchased them new 9 months ago.Did less than 3k miles and swapped then for the hypermax III which is full track spec items. I have had them for just over 2.5k and they are awesome on the road with good ride comfort and compliance and very good on the track. i had it on my zed on my trip to the nurburgring and it was near faultless Sunset350 can testify how transformed the handling was at the Ring In summary they have good weight transfer front to rear and vice versa, amazing at low speed corners, stable on straightline sections at high speeds with no tramling, good streeing response and feel but just found them just a tad underdamped for very high speed corners with compression at the Ring (90-100mph+) and this is obviously is due to the fact that HKS has focused on overall fast street ride compliance than out and out track coilovers which is what i am now after I know the ride quality of my zed will suffer if i get these but i am ready to take the punishment if it makes me fast on the Ring These go for over £1500 new. PM offers please. Looking to let these go asap I need fund to secure the track coilvers am after Real pics to follow WHAT HKS HAS TO SAY: http://www.hksusa.com/images_products/2104.jpg The all-new Hipermax Racing Sport (RS) coilover suspension kits are the first Hipermax line to be engineered as a truly global suspension system. HKS suspension engineers’ spent over a year developing the Hipermax RS, testing on various race tracks throughout the world, auto cross events and street testing in both Japan and the United States. The result of all this testing and development is a coilover suspension system that has been precisely valved to dramatically improve handling at a competitive track level, yet still be comfortable even on the harsh road conditions. HKS was able to achieve this versatility by using an F1 inspired single tube structure coupled with an oversized piston and dual oil and gas chambers. A shortened cylinder body allows suspension travel to be maintained when the car is lowered. The Hipermax RS also features HKS’ trademark 30-way dampening and rebound adjustability that is adjusted simultaneously for easy tuning. The included anodized aluminum upper pillowball mounts improve steering response, traction and offer a more direct feel to the driving surface. On certain applications camber can be adjusted on the upper pillowball mounts. All HKS Hipermax RS coilover suspension kits are built in-house at HKS Headquarters in Japan.
  3. You know where I am when your ready You're never going to let go of those time attacks so stop teasing But when you get desperate i be waiting
  4. Chris, Believe you me they were perfect I think the purist would say 18" or even 17" for racing but its unfounded because a very light 19" wheel is as good especially as you can get wider tyres etc.....see the porkers GT 2&3 and lots more other production track spec cars they all have 19 inchers Anyway these wolfrace a a bit heavy (but not so more than the Gt4 wheels.) and the lip is quite prone to on track kerb dammage i will in the future go for the CE28N or similarly light 19" wheels.
  5. They are straight mate i lost my left bung on the begining of a lap just before the bridge at tiergarten in the morning session and found it later in afternoon runs LUCKY! Duly drifted on the grass verge.... openned door and picked it up and powered off Any more pics shady Steve!!
  6. Eh Steve you are a sellout i have been so busy since i got back and have only written up half the story so far and still have to upload pics etc to complete it. Anyway we had a good time and i still think you are the best passenger for the little off we had. You were calm all through Needless to say if you go fast especially at the Ring things could happen but there is no such thing as LUCK! you make your luck by anticipating things, staying calm and reacting appropriately Most of all as i told you or any other pasenger i took round...you cannot be fully relaxed when you think about the car getting dammaged or you getting injured! you need to think about the job at hand and drive within your limits and that of the car! The off track moment at Adenauer forst was mostly due to the Evo though! i taken that corner faster several times but this time i went to deep outbraking the stubborn Evo and took too large a bit off the kerb unbalancing the car and the only route left was to use the run off or crash I will have to see the video at home since youtube is blocked at work despite trying several proxy servers Finally , the zed can and will go faster especially round the twisties because i know what i require next to get ultimate sweet spot but the brakes are just out of this world! I outbrake fezzas and porkers GT2&3 at will As for a power upgrade it will make me faster only to and out of corners and mostly the straight bits so not a massive to shave off the clock is expected. however i will go for it if i can keep the car reliable as it is now and not break the bank! I will stop here and hopefully post my experience and the development of my zed to the Monster it is now soon.
  7. Good one mate I love white on a subtle modded zed
  8. Thank god the walrus/fish gills bonnet is gone! Always loved th 07 bulge or the racing pedigree of the varis and you have made the right choice matey! Waiting to see it in flesh +1 on the front lip in carbon to finish it off. I reckon something in the same subtle lines like Veilside V1 or mines
  9. Fantastique! mon cher Richie! j'aime beaucoup Tres propre But think you need to start looking at some hot wheels man! and a complete de-tango
  10. If sex was a car. it be that. BUT i have to agree with other folk on here. I dont like cars made to look like cars even though the thing is gorgeous (slipping into my flame suit for this) I wish the GTR looked different and this bumper was made just as an aftermarket part for the z. I agree with the above but notwithstanding will go for this kit/look if i have a second daily driver and this was just my track/hoon weapon.......it will make sense
  11. Bump Hi everyone i am back I had 2 lovely days at the Ring and will post seperately what went down this weekend ie if sunset350z does'nt beat me to it Needless to say he must be still sh---ing his pants or must be the coolest passenger in the world . ............Back to the business off the sales, i would update the list as soon as i have checked my paypal account and responded to all the querries while i was away and hopefully put up pics soon. cheers
  12. Sorry chaps, but pictures will be on by Tue/wed. i was going to sort this out this weekend when back home in the midlands but have decided to to make a quick detour to the Ring. s Sunset350z is actually down there with some mates and says the weather is beautiful with good forecast all weekend and a beer festival is on Moreso the waether will begin to change and become more unpredictable after this month so it may be my last chance to see how all my suspension and brakes mods are working now compared to my previous trip
  13. Scott, I have a proposal for you mate. i few items to copy in carbon mate. how is it going with your things. Still waiting for my MD spacer remember first dibs please call on 07764221057 after 21:00 every day except weekends cheers Bennett
  14. Looks lovely and hope you got no issues this time if only i could stretch to this....
  15. Snakeman, don't sell your sole for the sake of a SC i am interested. how old though?
  16. Steve, Sad to hear your deal fell through and hope yopu can make it to Nurburg still. i have been thinking hard of coming along but i will rather get the whole car set up before my next trip and moreso i prefer weekday to weekends I am still gobsmacked the brakes have'nt gone but i think the pics will do it now as people can see what they are going to get. There was so much interest when i had mine up for sale even after it sold .....so unless they have all got the s--t JDM brakes upgraded with the brembos or after market items they will be along shortly. GLWTS mate
  17. cheers mate. pics up this weekend. Hope someone who has fitted this comes along with the answers/guide/pics. But if not then i'll keep it as a short RAM for now until next raft of major performance hike
  18. Thanks guys for the massive response by so far especially by PM I have left it to Intertested parties to make their offers via pm and the first offer that meets me valuation wins ......simples. if you want a price i will pm you as £xono to guide you. i really wish we had an auction section here were like ebay and the highest bidder wins provided it meets or exceeds the reserve. Maybe mods can look into this as it has been mentoined before and charge a small fee towards site maintainance i expect to wrap this up latest next week and what is not sold here or does not meet my valuation would go on ebay
  19. Steve, i wouldn't be needing this as i am planning my move to the big league and i would require ..................cossie or kinetix Obvously i will not give it away
  20. i have all the bits in the photo bar one jubilee clip the only thing i know was the original rubber hose (x2) sections were missing so Steve replace them with black silicon tubes of equal diameter and presumably lenght. but this should not be the problem. Moreso I could not find where the short hard pipe tubing will secure itself anywhere in both left front wheelarch or front bumper configurations And same for the shield!

  22. Hi fiddy, to the rescue as always I followed the instructions from the AEM and removed the water boter but the hard pipes dont't line up. i then tried installing it in front of the radiator but when you connect everthing the MAF does not line properly with the pipe comming from hole through the cross member?! It's my impression that on of the pipes has the wrong angle or that i may just be very clumsy or thick or both Will send a pic of my set u; but its as it should be: zed tube to MAF and then cone filter with the necessary tubing in between:P i tried swapping all the various adaptors, gaskets and hose tube sections and no difference was made.
  23. I got this a while back from Sunset350z and fitted it as a short ram a la JWT popcharger but tried to install it as a full CAI which was almost imposible despite all the possible permutations/combinations attempted. I finally gave up but need to sort this out now as i have a major tune date soon I would very much appreciate your advice on how you got around this. I spoke to the sole distributors of this in the UK and they don't have any instruction manuals but claim Bigphil was their main client and got a few units off them with no problems . http://www.invoauto.co.uk/images/Produc ... 57-LRG.gif
  24. Nice one lads, sorry i only did not stay very long to help but moreso i could see you guys were copping just fine Good job so far and it will look the doggs danglies once it is all completed. i think you should have test fitted everything first and correcting all the little faults as to be expected because you would have to do so in the end to be really satisfied. Looking forwards to seeing the finished car soon Just in passing: my trip to Coventry was very sucessful and i had a reasonable assessment of the Utec piggyback in action. i will be there up again to test it on my car after which the deal should be sealed
