When did genuine used parts become cheapo parts? Are we talking the samething here? who are you trying to impress
-
Its not cheap Ian. just thinking with your head. If you do your research well and get them checked you can get very good deals preowned. Nurris's kit for and example. I GTM checked the kit i was about to buy and vouvhed its condition so if you got any reputable shop to do so before you buy it a no brainer! But i guess some people have too much money to sink in the pit.

They look lush Do they come with the PF 01 pads? i have then since january with my Ksport BBK and they have immense stopping power and fade free...just a bit dustier with the occasional squeal However might not be so with the PF rotors Its a shame they don't do a matching rear set
-
well done for keeping the Z lexx and even better in going FI and TT for that matter I think the GTM kit is a comprehensive kit and should just be bolt on I know Ian had some issues with them but they have a good reputation and i found it easiy to communicate with them when making enquiries in picking up a vortech kit they had installed to aprevious customer. Personally i wouild save myself some money and get a low mileage preowned one and put the savings towards preowned forge internals the high torque with TT is the killer and if you really want to safely enjoy the car. you can do this through a reputable gararge who can check everything before shipping! Use bundlevox for shipping and save youself a bundle too! you tell them what the kit is worth and they get it to Uk and can sort out duty for you to saving you shed loads. the other thing is you can store all you parts there and then send all as one shipment for free withing one months or for a small charge thereafter! Goodluck with everything and we look forward to your progress thread

For Sale Posts and Approval Problem

Sorted then boss But going back on this: I still think it is the onus of the buyer to take all precaustions and satisfy themselves that all is well before they buy! there is no way you can stop the cheats despite photos and dates i will only buy from older members or traders and if buying from a new member i something request to speak to them or get emails sent to gauge everything is ok! As said before good work chaps and hopefully this forum will only continue to attract decent folks -
doesn't longer overhang = more weight = bad for performance? Or are you hoping for extra downforce? this stuff hardly weighs at all and the downforce trade off will be more Secondly if you take us to healthier pubs during meets, i could loose some weight I'm up to 102kgs recently from 97kgs a year ago

For Sale Posts and Approval Problem
GT4 Zed replied to Beavis's topic in Forum IT Issues & Bug Reporting
I appreciate what you guys are doing Mods but this will be very painful in the end why not lock the thread until everything is approved then release it? For instance i have just editted that i have sold some items to prevent unnecessary interest and the post has gone again for reapproval The buyers should ignore items which are not posted properly to safeguard themselves and seller be warned if not posted properly and fine if necessary Personally, i am for a nominal fee eg £5 for any sales post to cover admin costs etc and generate some income for the forum but i donot buy into this invasion or nannyism which is also plagueing every fabric of our society now. Just my opinion and a few ideas thrown about and nothing else chaps -
Thanks mods for sorting the thread out! Open for business lads and ladettes

It's ok, player took 1 at the resevoir Thanks Rich/Neil This diffuser was just bolted on temporarily with what we had in hand to make the meet and show how well it fits As i wrote in my assessment of the diffuser you can get black domed bolts, fill it up, bond it, paint it or make the inside smooth or made in CF at extra cost or made shallower like the topsecret for OEM sized exhausts Or whatever you liked could be done by Rik. viewtopic.php?f=127&t=33600&start=15 I for one was impressed with the fit and the fact that is works and Rik will be making a bespoke one with a longer overhang to use exclusively on trackdays and so I will only have it as bolt on

I spent a few hour tonight uploading pics and describing/updating my items(20+) for sale. I finally previewed it and was happy with everything then submitted no problems. i then checked later to see if there was some interest before i went to bed but could,nt find it looks like the whole post has just vanished which it shouldn't as it is an edit but it seems to have disappeared . Please can any of the mods clarify or look into this

Surely you can get the OEM size rotors from brembo cross-drilled they look Check out Adam @ Z-1 or opie http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-358-brembo- ... discs.aspx http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?mode ... rodid=3161 Whowever makes them they are prone to cracking 9 common issue with Porkers) if used aggresively like in track work so sloted or dimpled rotors are preferable
-
Are they going to make a CF roof or just wrap it

Don't think these are the genuine articles but the prices are very good for the specs! buying fro japan especially from people like Zele is very safe but SVA and all the other shipping malarky is too much of a hassle that its better to use an agent based here in the UK If money was no object and i wanted to get a track only car i would nod at RJN to build a FIA GT spec car with 3.8l dry sump and 450ps weighing 1.1-1.2K kgs max. They a used GT4 spec one for sale at £55K http://www.motorsportads.com/race-cars/ ... 18183.html

Had only done 30-35K miles when i took it off.the tailpipe and in pristine condition and polished i wanted to sell the whole thing but kept missing out as i did not advertise it enough. Really now, i need to clear out my garage. Should be able to sell the mid pipe and ypipe seperately Fujitsubo makes the zorts for Nissan FYI. I am based in Worcester where arte you

Your car just looks better all the time . The right zorts with a voice, wheels with proper ETs and a splashing of real CF or black plastic in the front grill area. from factory can't be that hard Well done Colin for showing them good taste
