Followed a link for the Fast and the furious5,and found this. Its pretty sweet, and lots of drifting cars, including a Azure, which goes to show its obviously the best, and fastest colour!

Do you mean like this http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=h ... 29,r:6,s:0

Thanks. Il be pumping them up later

I agree, hes just not been the same since Germany last year,he seems to have just lost all of his competitiveness,he now gets in the car and drives it,no conviction or will to win. Like you said,in 08 i think,he came within 1 corner of winning the championship, and now hes a nobody really. Such a shame.

And sorry i dont buy the equal package theory, Red Bull only wanted one winner last year and they got their man well at least meddler Helmut Marko did. Im sure the 'Pro Vettel' camp does exist in Dr Marko's head, but seeing as Webber lead the championship a fair bit last season, there is not alot he can do about it when the cars are on the track. I think Turkey proved that there is equality in the team,or else there would not have been the incident. As you said Senna was one of the greats, along with Fangio,Nuvolari etc,and the red mist has to descend to get the job done. Iv always been in the Senna camp, and would have done exactly the same as he did to Prost in Japan,no question. What ever it takes to win,no hesitation. If your not pushing the boundaries, your not trying hard enough.

LOL,nice to see peoples views on how things will turn out,and what peoples opinions are of various drivers. Fact is,if Kubica was in the other Renault, they would have been troubling us,no doubt about that. Considering Petrov,as good as he is,is still a rookie, and managed to get 3rd,how close would Kubica have come to Vettel if he had been able to drive? Remember,we have the same engine. Another thing to mention,is that the Merc engine is over 30hp more powerful than ours, and has been for a few years now,3 i think. So the fact that we have a faster car than McLaren etc, despite that,i think is something else. Just goes to show, power is nothing without control. lol Its going to be an interesting season,as in the first race you had us,McLaren, and Renault on the podium. Not to mention Ferrari, and Mercedes, who will come on strong soon. Add the odd freak weather etc, where you may get an STR or Sauber on the podium, and you have an exciting season ahead.

Sorry to Hijack, but with a set of 452's on 19's,what the best psi to have? Only put them on at the weekend, and have found the ride abit fidgety, which to be honest id expected. Iv got 32 in them at the moment, but seeing people put 36-38 in 18's,what should i be putting in 19's?

All i can say is that we make atleast 3 of the same parts, one for each car,and one spare, atleast. As far as im concerned,we treat the drivers in equal measure. Apart from the silly speeches,Vettel has matured so much,he knows how good he is,and he knows how good the car is,all he has to do is drive the thing as fast as he can. McLaren are playing catch up yes,but they have huge resources, and years of experience,so you should never write them or Ferrari off. Though you could argue if they,McLaren, were that good, they wouldnt be in this situation, playing catch up at the first race. Also bear in mind, that we did not run KERS,so that is also another few tenths worth of performance per lap. I also think that Rosberg may surprise a few people this year,he was good last year, and when Brawn can get everything working together on that Merc,i think it will be pretty fast.
-
I meant last year, sorry, not overall. Though that is also relevant. I think its hard to judge our pace to be honest,as i dont really think Vettel was ever really stretched, but certainly i think Hamilton and Alonso will provide the stiffest challenge to us.
-
Sorry can't agree Colin class of his own unless you mean driver/car combination? Yes he's very good but i bet you Hamilton or the likes of Alonso would have done just a good a job as Vettel if they had driven the Red Bull today. And what errors are these? I saw Hamilton leave the track once but his floor was already broken at that point which must have affected his downforce Overall like Martin Brundle said i agree Lewis drove a stunning race today that was only second to Vettel in a car that had been heavily revised in the last couple of weeks with a new exhaust system and an entire new floor design. And for the record Vettel made plenty of errors last year. Remember the "quite the crash kid" comment after Turkey and Spa? Anyhow back home. The Rolls Royce Trents were ok then? Both Mark and Seb get exactly the same equipment at every race (apart from silverstone last year),so you cant say that alot of it is the car,as why isnt Mark up there, and why didnt Mark win the championship last year? He is a race winner after all,and won more races than Jenson and Hamilton i believe (though id have to check). The cars are equal, the drivers are not. Seb is an amazing driver, though id like to see him overtaking more, which is where Hamilton really excels. I think Hamilton and Seb are very well matched, and i think that Mark and Jenson are on an equal par too. My money this year is on Mark to win the drivers,i think he can do it.

LOL,iv got half of it fitted, the duct, but havnt had the time to pull off the intake pipe and fit the new one. How long do i need to do that?
-
Yep,new nuts too! I think they really set the car off well, and im so pleased with the colour. Despite the marks on them.
-
After a crazy day yesterday, today was abit more productive...
-
I dont think you can powder coat that colour. When i requested the colour Maarten at Varrstoen said that they would have to paint them,as they couldnt powder coat them. Maybe il look into it next year.
-
The marks around the centrecap i managed to remove most of them with some SRP and abit of a buff, its just the 'kerbing' marks around edge that need sorting really. Its very frustrating,as it really spoilt the experience of fitting them, but its the way it goes i suppose. Its a steep learning curve! Hopefully wont be too expensive for me,just ATS. I reality,i think i could live with getting just 2 wheels done,as the other 2 have marks on the inside of the lip,and they are not really seen. I may go for wider rears next time too,as i didnt expect the 275's to look that stretched over the rears. Maybe see about 295's,but that wont be till next year hopefully.
-
Amazing effort by Sauber, well done, feel sorry for Mercedes, and Norfolk Lotus.
-
Most of the wheels are marked on the inside of the outer lip,and as said, its not really visibly unless you look there. As for the chunks on the outer rims, well il see what its going to cost and how long its going to take. Realistically,if ATS pay up,il probably wait till the end of the year, and get them repaired then. The tyres on the Rays are gone,so got no choice really. Just hassle i dont need,i dont get alot of spare time as it is,so could really do without this.
-
No KERS on the car either,so more performance to come! Great to Petrov up there, hes proved he was worth the chance Renault took.
-
Well yesterday started so well. The man Vet stuck the car on pole, and i was getting my tyres put on the wheels, and the wheels on the car, finally, after nearly 3 weeks! I spoke to someone there a couple of week ago,and asked if they would be able to do it,explained they were 19's,brand new, mint etc etc. They said yes,no problem. Checked again Friday, nothing had changed. So all excited, took the wheels and tyres down there (wheels still in the boxes) and left it with them for an hour, after explaining (again) to be careful. Go back an hour later....... And iv not pictured the worst chunk out the rear rim yet. When i turned,i saw the marks and said i wasnt happy. To which the tyre balancer said 'them tyres are a bitach to get on,they were so tight, and that paint is really thin,we only leant it against that latter (metal legs and all) and it marked it' Needless to say i was mildly irritated, and when i went back to pick up the last 2,they have agreed to cover the costs of getting them repaired, though im sure he thinks its just the one he leant against the ladder,il be pushing to get all of them done. Anyway,i was out there till 7.30 pm last night, fitting them (not advised in the dark,on the road) after a wash and a wax with CG wheel sealant. Must say they look the dogs, chunks missing and all. PIcs of the wheels on the car will follow today after a wash and a clean, hopefully.

Well i didnt know if Iphone 4's adjusted the time or not,so compensated and set the alarm to be an hour early,so here i am. Only 40minutes to go till the program starts! Only got to be bed at midnight,or is that 1am?
-
Happy birthday, hope you have a good day.
-
we are not running the KERS either. Heard Lewis' was not working but was fitted,so could be an interesting start tomorrow.
-
That will be pole position then!

We were not using the adjustable rear wing at all, dont know why,but as were were only .2 slower than the chrome cars,im not worried.
