Get your self an induction kit for thu and we can put it on, just to aid in the justification of the trip, we can sling the b/box on if it makes no difference then nothing lost i will just kepp your jdm and sell it instead of mine I will show you my full de-cat system and let you hear it Also show you some pics of the titanium systems i should be able to offer in a few months Coops
-
Good point. I would probably get you to fit it as I like your attitude about geting things spot on, Im the same. Just to make sure the price is for a set and not a single door. i may also offer home fitting for the cost of my fuel and supply of coffee and choco hobnobs As for the wiring i wont be offering a plug and play no, but will supply a clear guide, which will be to simply extend the original loom and replace the rubber weather guard with the longer one supplied. Also supplied with the kit will be the wire, pre cut to length and striped and heat shrink. This i belive will give the best results as it will still make use of the water tight quick release multi plug etc Just deciding what colour to do the kits, prob end up being Black though, might do mine azure tho Coops

Great added you to the list Coops -
I dont have any doorcards at the min but will as soon as my carbon ones arrive Coops 'Dblock Posted: Sun Jan 03, 2010 5:42 am Reply with quote Looks good coops. Would love a set of these and would be in for a GB depending on quality. TBH I think they look cool and the 350 has the widest doors ever so would be handy in tighter spots where I tend to avoid. Also could I come look at the quality of them if you have them on your car. Also what would fitting cost be like? Thanks ' You can come and see them anytime yes my number is on my sig strip These ones are not as the finished ones will be just proto types, poss having a nother bolting point and a few other subtle changes. The kit works well but iwant it perfect, these come with a years warranty but even after this i will be here to help As for fitting you would be looking at a couple of hours labour a side but i will fit them for £100 Coops 'Gilly199 Posted: Sun Jan 03, 2010 2:00 pm Reply with quote oo oo oo I never really thought about these due to the massive price tag, but you have my attention Coops. Really wanna see this one go through.' These will be going ahead put alot of time and money into getting these done i Will keep prices as low as poss but at the min its looking like around:- Individual item : £415 GB of 5 : £360 GB of 10 £325 These are just approx but shouldnt be far off Coops

Well its taken a little longer than i 1st thought but i finally have a test set of these, i installed the drivers side today took my time with is as i had to write easy to follow instructions for when i start selling these kits, once tested. They are a really good solid bit of kit no fear of them bending or snapping!!!! They were a good fit although i will be improving this ever so slightly on the ones i will be selling, all holes etc lined up perfectly, all that is left is extending the wiring a bit and bolting up the wing. Then onto the passenger side Pics are not great as light is pretty poor. They open far enough without going vertical for you to get out if you didnt want to use them all the time too which is a bonus I will add better pics and more info on them soon Cheers coops

Cooling panel GB YOUR HELP NEEDED< READY TO SEND
Carbon Coops replied to Carbon Coops's topic in Group Buys
Will have some pics up but waiting for the weather to brighten up before i get the Z out the garage I have looked closely and can assure the cets are clean and smooth, what you can see in the pics is simply where the weave has been cut and the clear laqure i have spoken to my supplier and they are seeing if they can lay the carbon a different way to prevent this -

TOP GEAR NEW SERIES THIS SUNDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Carbon Coops replied to Tarmac@TarmacSportz's topic in Off Topic Discussion
i enjoyed that episode too, i belive it was much less staged as last time and is what i would like to see more of, would have liked to know how they fixed hamsters front leaf spring when it snapped??? And they didny say they rebuilt the diff, they just said they fixed it and removed drive to to the rear making it Front wheel drive and they took all the gears out of the diff to stop the diff breaking up. But overall a better effort and best episode for a long time Coops -
it is black but that could just be the gel coat as it looks very thin!, would need painting Coops
-
I too had now idea what that was lol

Bought this off ebay ages ago and never got round to fitting it and now i am going the full carbon route so dont need it anymore. It is in great cond but does have a few slight chips but nothing major. It is brand new and never been fitted i have offered it up to my boot and it looks like it would be a good fit. Due to the brand etc not been known and the few small marks on it i am only after £100 + postage Coops

Foe those who think i am carbon crazy!!!!!!!!!!
Carbon Coops replied to Carbon Coops's topic in Member Traders
It is neither, it is proper c/f i had to apply a base coat then lay the carbon fibre material over it trim it down, smooth it out, stretch it round the bends secure it then once it has dried apply a clear epoxy top coat then once it has dried trim it right down, then apply 2 more clear top coats then once hat has dried flat it down using diff grades of paper untill it is smooth, then apply clear laqure then when that is dry smoth it off with 1200 then 1600 grit paper then using a polishing compound buf it up, takes lots of time and patience. I could prob do this with your box but want to perfect my technique before doing stuff on peoples cars I would prefer to mould your box and maki it out of carbon as it is a much better result and allows me to make more with the mould Coops
