Is this legal? Previous owner had fitted it this low, so presume that it was fine in the 2/3 years that he had the car....
Will I have any problems with that? They can pull up the window wiper to see the rest...
Woohoooo about time richard
I can afford to run my 350z through May now ahah ...I have to pay for Insurance, P3 service, front and rear discs + pads (plus fitting), MOT among other things
You wait, next year I will buy another kit haha
I believe it's a straight swap, but obviously it's a few hundred to get it painted etc. I will try dig out the old thread on this to see if it has any more info.
A little bit more info here...

In return, could you like me to a gallery or a thread with lots of photos of your zed? Looks mint and I have seen a few photos, but would like to see the car from all angles as you have two things on there that I had considered (rear led lights and nismo kit less the spoiler)
My tax disc holder is a circular zed one....but it's partially (bottom half) is obscured by the wiper arms......you can see that it's taxed, but the bottom bit is hidden unless you move the wiper arm.
Is this legal? am I likely to get done for this?
I was in my Golf on the way home from work and spotted a GM Zed....pics below (from Passenger's rubbish blackberry camera.. )
Can't make out the plate, but it was private and something like "A2WBK"
Cool - I'll await the results of your test cars. Being based down South I dont think it would be wise to have it done until a few members have it up and running and are happy with it as it will be a 6hrs of driving round trip to get up to you and back. Definately interest when I see some results though
Agreed, it's about 5 hours roundtrip for me from Oxford. Convoy?
Welcome to the club and the even more exclusive GT4 club What number is your GT4? ( )
If you fancy Nismo parts, I have some that are up for sale which would suit what you are after?
The Nismo V1 Kit that I have would look like this:
Give me a shout if these are of interest when you get around to doing your shopping list of mods
I stood next to a zed inspecting it for about 2 mins before Xmas.....sales person came out and said "do you want to take it for a spin?", that saturday I had 2 hours to play with it. I am a scruffy 20 year old, so I doubt that it's down to profiling...but I would try another garage...sounds like poor service to me.
Bhavin (changed mind for a carbon kit) and Dragonball/PaulE (funds) didn't grab this, so I will be putting it up on Ebay in the next week or so, £1100inc delivery ONO (collection available) secures these Authentic Fibreglass Nismo parts
Must go so I can buy brakes to stop my zed ( ) and replace a skipping BOSE
Just driving my Golf at the moment (is that what you spotted.....because I am not driving the zed at the mo), which should be sold in the next few weeks and then you will see my Zed round here
For the Alpine HU I posted? In the specs it states:
Connection for iPod
# Connection Type: Full Speedâ„¢ Connection
# Connection: Full Speedâ„¢ Cable (KCE-433iV) Included
# Source Type: Dedicated iPod Source
With an Alpine yes, not sure about the Kenwood......
Cool, this is the unit I was thinking of (sorry to steal thread!)
