I have a kuro black GT4 with popcharger, LMGT4's etc and pretty much identical spec....without the nismo spoiler On topic - I will get my LMGT4 wheels refurbed next year, so I should be fine using them through winter if they are going to be refurbed

Just about to buy all my Alpine HU and cables etc. Does anyone know whether the Alpine units come with a decent double dinn facia (no gaps and fits correctly)? or do I STILL need to buy the one from Sextons?

Thanks David, Westway Nissan have just got back to me asking for £321 for a P3 service. Labour (2.3 hours) = £225 Parts = £96 (I will provide oil, taking off £38) So total = £283 for a P3 with my own oil.....plus £50 for an MOT for an hour.

Can anybody local help me finding a decent garage? Or at least give me a rough estimate for the going cost of a P3 from dealer/specialist?

I need to get a P3 service done (I have my own oil) and MOT done this month. Where is the best place around Oxford to get this done? I am awaiting costs back from Westway in Kidlington, but is there any specialists? What should I roughly be paying for this? Cheers, Booner

Not really, I think it's already flattened out from the recession + the announcement of the 370z. You will always get depreciation when I a new plate comes out no matter what car you have really...

without laquer it will go the way of the dodo real quick. all metallic paints need laquer. Will halfrauds do both Gun metal coloured spray paint and laquer? Is the laquer spray on? or paint on..?

Hey Mark, I have a Kuro black GT4 with 19" LMGT4's fitted. I fitted them myself straight away no problems, they have built in spacers so sit really well with the wheel arches and make the car look nice and wide. These come in 8.5" wide fronts and 9.5" wide rears, tyres are Falken 452 in the recommended sizes, ie 245/35 front and 275/35 rear. The cheapest set I could find brand new (without tires....) which were on discount were still £1700 in 19"...... they aren't cheap wheels, bit in my opinion look the best out of all the wheels you can fit Here is a few shots to wet your appetite (an excuse to pimp them out!) P.s these are from my camera phone....and I can't take photos very well!

As you can see in the photos below, the badges on the zed I bought were in bad condition around silver ring and need bringing back to normal before I get the car detailed, trying to get the car perfect for the Silverstone meet I am hoping to take these off with the hairdryer and dental floss method, but want to make sure I have all the other bits I need to do it one saturday morning. It looks like I can pop the middle Z with black emblem out of the ring, which means I can key the silver surface down. What will I need from Halfrauds to primer it? and what colour would be best to match the 350z badge on the rear left of the car (or the Z in the emblem)? Any ideas?? Also, what's the best way of attaching them again? Cheers guys

Welcome! As the others said, try Bell.co.uk or Admiral (same company pretty much). I am using them to insure the zed at 21 years old with mods for £1300-1500 ish....should go down in January when I get my 3rd years ncb

Around here (Thames Valley) it's about £35 a panel. That said, it depends on how bad that panel is and how long it takes them. Wayne on here had one done and it was a bit more than that for just the one dent. So it shouldn't be more than £100 unless it's been pebble dashed....... Cheers Rob!

I did search, but didn't have much luck... I have a kuro black GT4, which once clean shows a few thumbnail sizes dinks/dents in the door panels, mostly on the drivers side IIRC. I can't seem to get a photo of them, but they show up when clean. No damage to paint, but noticeable! Anybody know any correction companies around oxfordshire that could look at this before my car goes in for detailing on the 30th? They aren't deep, just indents which get on my nerves! Cheers guys
