Think you need to diagnose the problem properly first mate. I can help you out with parts but no point in throwing parts at it you don't need. I think you may just need a new window motor but it could be the switch

I would be thinking cam cover of binding brake pads / calliper issue. Could be a few things so be get it checked out

Engine £1,500 for fast sale (£2,200 for genuine very low mileage example) and 500-750 for a gearbox to the right person

It was bought at a salvage auction as a cat d, it's not on the v5 because they never say cat d on them. As soon as you hpi this car it will come back on the database as recorded. I remember it's a decent enough car but u may just need to reduce the price a little for a sale to be had as whatever sentimental value this car holds to you it won't mean diddly squat to the next guy. Pull the engine and box out and sell them on here. Then list the car as soloing shell damaged on ebay and save yourself a world of grief

I thrashed a GT-R around silverstone for a day and loved it. The car was unreal and is very entertaining and the levels of grip never ceased to amaze. A week or 2 later I was in a Lamborghini 560-4 and it felt great but wasn't as good as the GT-R in my opinion and of the race instructors.

Sad to hear this but glad both parties are both ok. I am afraid as you drove into the car in front their insurance will claim from you unless the other driver informs her insurance she was totally to blame due to performing an emergency stop for no real reason, which I can't really see happening. At least your insured and It will get taken care of anyway
