Its about as loud as a scorpion so its not too loud but sound very good. I have the same exhaust and the quality is awesome

I agree with Col, 1,200 miles keeping revs down and varying load on the engine Oil being dropped at 1,200 too isn't a bad thing if your keeping it a while but it's not necessary

This could be related to a dodgey IPDM unit mate. Where are you based? One of us might be close enough to diagnose the problem

I wouldnt sign anything. Use one of the decent Nissan HPC's who will look over your car and sort the issue out FOC under warranty
