Hi Guys, As in the title from a 6k mile car & fully working inc heated glass with no cracks and only a slight scuff as shown in the pictures. These are selling second hand for between £170-200 and the new price including painting from Nissan is silly! I would like £130.00 for the complete unit or may break if people want certain parts.

Hi mate, you should really give sorting yours a go! Are the marks on yours only scratches or dents? Failing that I have one already done but I wouldn't waste your money unless yours is beyond repair. You want a picture on how to remove it?

Spoke to supplier today. The unit did exist but was withdrawn and is discontinued due to problems!! Sorry guys I tried.

I may have spoke too quickly about fm transmitter / modulator being only option. Will update on monday when they get back to me. I'm being told it's an aux interface unit even though there is no aux input on the bose stereo. He said 100% not through ariel. If this turns out to be the magic box we have all been looking for would anyone fancy a group buy of say min 5-10 of us so a discount can be obtained? Will let you know if it's all bollox and update soon.

An 'FM Modulator' is your only hope with the standard Bose head unit I’m afraid. Think everyone has looked for a better solution but we are stuck with this. You can play state of the art cassette tapes though!!

Not the best 'family car' are they? I think most dealerships will flatly refuse to carry out such work. Guess you can only try, failing that try an airbag specialist? Even mobile diagnostic companies may do it. Sorry I cant be more help, lEE

If you have the cash there are some unreal deals at the moment! My best mate is selling his 330bhp S15 SPEC-R AERO that cost his £13k last year and he's spent £3k on upgrades etc. selling for £9,000!!! and has low miles and all the bits on it! I can't believe you can get a 350z for £10k!

Dash vents have 3 screws on reverse (as in pic) of airbag panel and drivers side top dash panel.

Hi guys, I'm after a complete Vortech S/Charger for my 350z. I have a good contact that will import one for me but the price is still too high. If anyone knows of someone with one that is selling or trading their car with one on PM me and I can have it removed and do a deal with them. Why don't we do a 2 part guide then? I'll do my best with the dash removal write up and the trimmers use that as a base for their guide on re-trimming? I have started my guide but work is getting in the way! Apparently I'm not paid to write guides at work, oh how wrong he is haha!

Anyone know what these cost new from Nissan? Also have you tried removing it, sand in direction of brushed effect and re-lacquer? They are easy to remove you just pull it out from the top (I used a trim clip puller with elec tape so as not to damage the trim. If your unsure look up door trim removal guide.

Going to call Nissan today to see if they have any in stock and what new priice are like.

I will get this dash removal guide done and posted this week (I hope) I have pics of all the parts removed (full dash and panels.
