Hi Fellas We’re running another Trackaction-Online club trackday, and you are all invited to come along! This time we’re off to Oulton Park on November 13th. This will be an open pitlane event on the full circuit and as usual we will be limiting numbers to ensure that everyone gets plenty of tracktime! Here’s a few photos from our last event at Mallory Park – And a bit of video from the Trackaction Westfield - The list price for the day is £160 but we’ve sorted a club rate of £125 so it’s a proper bargain, not to be missed. Extra drivers can be signed in for £35 and passengers for a tenner. Garages can be pre-booked for £20 but if 10 or more peeps book from on here we will throw a couple of them in FOC. As usual we will have free tuition available on the day with ARDS instructors. If you’d like to come please shout up on here and I’ll send you the booking details and discount code. Glad you had a good time Chris, i was laughing my head off when you challenged me in the paddock to try to keep up with you in my Westfield and when I caught you up you proceeded to fully light the tyres coming out of the hairpin . Well we had a great day at Mallory Park, dry all day, no queues to get on track and great driving by everyone out there! Good to see there's some interest in this and we will be doing another one just before xmas for those that can't make this one . This venue is pretty well unique so you won't find the same event anywhere else. There are other driftdays available but they are tyre chewing events and not really as suitable for standard road cars. On the other hand there's plenty of decent B&Bs near Oulton..........

It’s been a couple of months since Trackaction-Online last went drifting at Oulton so we felt the need for a bit more sideways playing! We’re back on the drift courses again on Saturday Sept 26th and as usual, club discounts are available if you’d like to come along. For anyone that hasn’t seen the two drift courses at Oulton, they look like this – And this is what we do on them – The surface is a special low friction tarmac that will give virtually zero tyre wear and is great for practicing drifting and car control and we always limit the numbers to ensure that everyone gets plenty of tracktime. Pretty well any rear wheel drive (and most sporty 4wd) car can drift on here and with the free instruction that we always have available on the day you can be sure that you’ll be drifting like a pro in no time! Normal rate for the day is £140 but club members can come along for just £120, passengers are welcome to sign in for £10 and extra drivers for £35. We do prefer this if you have the roof down, i wouldn't go out without a full face on personally, copping a stone in the mush could ruin my perfect smile

Sorry Darren, I know you have done this before, the comments about tyre wear and the Zs suitability were really for some of the others who might be a bit hesitant about coming. Every event we run must get about a dozen people who haven't done this before and turn up not entirely sure if it's a good idea but at the end of the day they are drifting like they've been doing it for years and they can't stop grinning . Hope your head is OK this morning! Steve H
