i did mine today the reminder said 118 for 6 months and 225 for 12months, when i went in today they charged me 134 for 6 months as things have gone up since i recieved my reminder and it would of been 255 for 12 months.

may seem a daft question but are you sure the spring isn't upside down as one end will be flat agaisnt the cup and the other end will sit on an angle in the bottom rubber??????

I live in mansfield and take mine to derby nissan they seem pretty good i did have some rite issues with them when i bought the car almost 3 years ago moaned like hell and got 2 years free servicing a free bluetooth adapter and as the manager lives in mansfield he comes to me, drops off his zed and takes mine to have the work done then drops it off on his way home though now i have to pay for servicing i may look at taking it too CS after all the recomendations
