yes, i agree i'm probably paying a little bit too much, but then i'm notvery techie so putting the stuff in will cost me alot anyway and i probably wont know what i'm doing. so i'm trying to make myself happy with that view. can anyone answer the question about the skipping system though?

hello guy, the zed i'm so excited about getting is this one: http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk/ww ... gLetter=07 i havne't actually seen the car yet, hopefully in about a week or so. i've just been reading about the known issues regarding the bose system skipping. in the advert, it says that it has a full bose upgrade stereo but then there is the alpine unit put in with the audiobahn subs. am i right in saying that the 6 cd changer is still there? and would i expect to have any skipping issues with it? if so will i be able to get it changed by nissan, like i've read forum members doing? also how will i be able to test whether the bose system is skipping when i collect the car? sorry if these are silly questions.

yes i know, the ice bits are excellent, they are exactly what i wanted really. i was just didnt know how much different it would feel to a 313 and whether this difference would over shadow the ice bits. are the top speeds and 0-60's hugely different between the 313 and 300?

hello guys, just been reading some more around the forum as i'm still waiting to go collect my first zed. the one that i'm getting as shown in the first post is the 300 bhp model. i was reading that this model isnt as good as the 313 or even the earlier 276? is that true and does the extra bhp make much noticeable differences on the drive? am starting to think maybe i should've gone for the 313. feeling i may regret this.

cheers guys, yeh i thought they were just the rays. i didnt realise that there were even more standard wheels. but for an 07 reg car, the rays are standard.

guys, just wanted to check something with you! on the advert of the car on the first post, it says that it's got upgraded alloys. What does that mean? as far as I can see they look standard. any ideas? thanks

Too true, it’s a very good price… you all trying to make me feel bad now? it is 2k cheaper but it's done alot more miles and doesnt have the ICE bits. but def a good price. its only done 20k more, I'd rather have the money in the bank than a lower number on the odometer but each to their own true but i'm putting that 2k more down to the ICE to make myself feel good. and it's something i wanted anyway.

yes, they are! are they any good? just noticed one thing about the audiobahn subs. do they take up the whole of the boot so there's no space for anyhting? It looks that way mate, boot wasnt that big without the subs! have you not seen the car yet then? no haven't seen it yet. did it over the phone. it should still be enough to fit in a sports bag and a tennis racket or something i hope

yeh, there are some 313bhp out there for a bit more or less. but like i said i liked the system that's been put in. and was hoping thta it doesnt make too much difference between the two powers.

the car i'm looking at is a 56 reg registered in feb 2007. so i'm guessing it's the P3 coming up at 27K? how much do they normally cost?

hello all. am still on the hunt for my first zed. was looking for cars with 10k or less on the clock but decided that all of them are a bit out of my price range so decided to up the mileage. is 24.5k still pretty low for a zed? and then the question would be when will it be due for a service? and how much would it cost? sorry for all the questions. just want to know so can budget. thanks guys.

just wanted to have a moan about a terrible morning. woke up late feeling pretty groggy. meeting a mate to play squash so jumped out the house and into the car. along the m25. going pretty fast and i have no excuses, as i did drive very quickly. spotted a vauxhall behind me and thought it was a police unmarked car. thought for a few seconds and convinced myself it wasnt so picked up speed again. only to be pulled over, having done 98mph and undertaken someone. like i say, i have no complaints about being caught for that because it had to happen sometime i guess. just annoyed that i almost spotted them and didnt slow down, fine, 3 points which will no doubt hit my insurance and dent my search for a zed. but i guess it probably could've been worse with the way i was driving. just wanted to get it off my chest.
