  1. If I remember correctly you need a PAC-ROEM kit. I think the one I bought was the NIS2 model. Do a quick google search for it and you'll see what I mean.
  2. If you have disconnected your battery recently you will no doubt have had this happen to you. Its a safety feature to prevent smashing the glass against the frame in the case of battery failure. The window will drop down on opening but it wont go back up on closing. If you repeatedly open and close the door the window will get lower and lower. If this is happening to you then all you need is a window reset as mentioned above. If the window is not dropping at all when you open the door this likely means its another issue entirely and not linked to the safety feature mentioned. I would first try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect and immediately perform the window reset procedure. This may get you back up and running but if not its likely a motor or sensor playing up.
  3. I love the Cybox exhaust. Best sound improvement for the money. Even a muffler delete would cost about as much as this exhaust. Cold start - very loud and deep note, just what you want Slow driving at lowish revs you get a nice deep note thats not intrusive, also dropping down a gear with SynchroRev turned on sounds amazing. I do most of my driving like Miss Daisy now since I dont need to boot it to hear it. At mid revs with a heavy foot it can be a bit too loud but if you dont need loud at the time you just ease off or change gear. If you want to really scream then high revs and a heavy foot will wake up everyone (ive set a car alarm off with mine accidentally). Cruising at motorway speed it almost sounds stock. Ive heard people complain about drone but there is zero drone from this exhaust if you are just cruising and maintaining speed. It only gets loud on the motorway when you are accelerating. The best thing about this exhaust is how deep the sound is. And of course the price. I honestly dont see how anyone could have a bad word to say about the Cybox when you consider the difference it makes for the price it costs.
  4. Awesome mate. Id be interested to hear what you think of them when you get them back. If they are good then they may have another customer straight away.
  5. If the hob you purchased was damaged in transit and you have only just noticed, the only thing you have done wrong is to not check straight away. As far as the item goes you were sold and sent a faulty item. So in legal terms you are considered to be in the wrong for not checking sooner but at the end of the day you were still sold a faulty item. In this scenario I would definitely go and buy a new one and then use the new receipt to take the broken one back. Call it fraud all you like but if you know for certain that you did not break the hob and it was delivered to you in that condition then I would not be going out of pocket over a timing issue.
  6. I went down the same route you are planning when I had my 350. Like you I wanted the nav to be a separate unit from the stereo so I bought a Kenwood 7" touch screen to go in the cubby and the Kenwood KNA520 Nav unit which is powered by Garmin. The touch screen connects to a video box which I put underneath the false floor in the box behind the passenger seat. Then the Kenwood Sat Nav unit sits next to the video box and connects to that. IIRC it cost me around £600 just for the screen and the Nav unit but you can probably get both of those things much cheaper now days.
  7. it says the listing has been ended due to the item being sold.
  8. Ha ha Hey BM how you doing mate? I was on sabatical for a long time when I had to sell the 350 (mortgage and my new daughter saw to that!) I was lucky to be able to get back in a 370 at the end of last year so I am officially back! I now need to update my pic and sig with the new motor!
  9. If I were you I would go for a replica kit and spend the money on a quality body shop to fit it - speak to Torqen about this for sure.
  10. Genuine kit can be bought here... http://www.nengun.com/amuse/ Not cheap though once you add delivery and VAT etc
  11. I went full on and removed all the boot trim as well as the Bose Sub and anything else that would come out. I then used contact adhesive to glue the underlay down to the boot floor, boot walls and wheel arches etc. After that I just refitted all the plastic trim. It was tough getting the trim back in as it was all very tight but that's why I no longer have any rattles or drones. Well worth it mate.
  12. I have the Cybox short tails on mine too. I love them. You can actually drive slower and still enjoy the car as opposed to having to boot it just to enjoy some sound. I sound deadened my boot with 12mm thick carpet underlay and it made a big difference. Its not really any quieter inside but there are zero rattles or drones at any rev range now since all the plastic trim is padded from underneath. Id never go back to standard now, not after enjoying the roar on downshifts with SynchroRev on.
  13. Just wondering if there is anyone like OneEighty that's operating in the UK? Someone that can do painted internals, halos etc? I would be looking for a reputable trader that offers a warranty against condensation or defaults etc. Thanks for the help!
  14. The problem is that PayPal transfers can be withdrawn. Even if the money is in your account and you have taken it out of the bank the sender can still take it back. So what they do is tell you they will pay double for your car and send you double the cash in PayPal. Once you have the funds in your bank they collect the car and disappear. A short time later they then do a PayPal reversal and take the money back. So you end up with no car and a huge debt to pay back.
