  1. I got the new EBC BSD front discs from CS along with some Yellowstuff pads, and got them fitted today. I have only done a few miles with them doing light braking, but I can already feel a much firmer bite than the old set-up (standard discs and Redstuff pads), so very pleased so far! The old pads still had approx 1/3 original thickness left, but the discs had seen better days. Service from CS was spot on as usual! Nice new discs : old discs: Cheers Mike

  7. I haven't got round to the bumper yet - tyres, brakes and a service are taking priority
  8. Why not put the parent and child spaces away from the front of the shop? No reason why they should be near the door, the lazy gits wouldn't use the bigger spaces if they weren't so convenient
  9. Spotted on Long Lane this morning, didn't get time to give a flash, think I've see you around the area before

  11. could it be a worn timing chain? I'm thinking of the poor starting.
  12. haha me too... I'm doing 60 miles a day so need to fill up tomorrow night. or I could steal the missus' car, but its a weasel It's all just a ploy by the government to minimise the effect of a strike, as most people are likely to have full tanks through panic buying, even if they only do 20 miles a week. Panic buying is daft but I might start buying pasties before the VAT hits them
  13. nice what % tints do you have?
  14. It might have been fitted incorrectly, is the bracket anywhere near where it should be on the pipe? must have been under a lot of tension to break the weld? If it's a manufacturing defect you should speak to the supplier first.
  15. not sure about on the Z, but on some cars the arm is on a spline and need a bit of gentle levering from underneath with a flat blade screwdriver or similar to lift it up if it is a bit tight
  16. you could post a pic of your car and ask someone to try a photoshop on it? I think they might look ok though, if they're not too dark

    Summer wheels on

Andlid they are Eagle F1's tyre sizes 245/35 and 275/35 SpursMadDave I thought the same, will have to look in to getting the handles sprayed, or that plasti dipping thing if its durable enough. I forgot to use the sarcastic font for the 'subtle' comment, Chris keeps selling things I didn't know I needed to buy

Nicely done play it smooth, play it smooth..... That was quite a subtle way to take more of my money... but I need new discs and pads first I am rather pleased with the wheels though, and cheers for the comments! Mike

    Summer wheels on

Seeing as how its been so sunny here today, combined with the fact that my Vredesteins on the Rays were pretty much dead, I thought it was time to put on the wheels I bought last year I got them from a forum member so someone might recognise them Yes I know the car is dirty
