  1. I approach slow then welly it as soon as the projectiles start hitting! I hate them also
  2. If they did them in black and red I would consider them!
  3. Seen them on a peely wally zed! Thats white for those unfamiliar with term They are cracking!
  4. Packaged and ready to send after work tomorrow
  5. No problem! They will definately fit the hub bud! I had one of them on my rear - I just couldn't get my wheel on properly. You want to check that the metal ridge that protrudes from the front of the spacer will sit on the rear of your alloy.
  6. Got the trusty tape measure out - the ridge is 7.1cm (71mm for the fussy) or 2.8 inches. I will leave these up for a couple of days and if they don't go I will return them to Eddz305 - thanks!
  7. Yeah, I am not saying you cant get 20mm spacers on Rays - these dont fit on 18s though! The metal ridge is slight too wide to sit flush against the alloy
  8. I bought these set of spacers off Eddz350 to put on the rear of the car but sadly they don't fit my Standard Rays wheels. If you have 19s I am told they will fit (as this is the size Eddz350 has). £50 delivered.
  9. I even tried just the spacer against the wheel and still it didnt fit - the circular metal ridge in the spacer was just too big. It turns out the person who sold me them has 19" wheels so this may be the problem as at present I have standard rays. I have contacted Eddz350 to see if he will accept them back as he said they will fit so hopefully I can return them and look for spacers all over again. I have the copper grease and the torque wrench now so all I need is the parts
  10. Ok so I went out to fit them - got them on the bub with no problem - torqued them up. All going well. The wheel wouldnt sit against the plate - the central circular metal ridge seemed to big for my Standard Rays. Perhaps spacers for bigger wheels???
  11. I have that problem also ... I was under the impression that the two were related ... It's like I'm reving the engine slightly everytime I dip the clutch ... A 350z with sychro rev!! You manage to get this sorted yet?
  12. Just about to go out and try fit them......am I right in saying you only copper grease the back of the plate where it meets the hub and not on the front where it meets the alloy?
  13. No idea mate - I thought copper grease was used predominately to stop squeaking? I dont think I have a torque wrench in the garage so I may be screwed Garage might be the best option then.
  14. So the spigot ring is to stay on. Is this to keep it central on the hub then? I bought them on here so I am sure they will be fine!
  15. This film is ace - especially in 3D!
  16. Hey guys - a few words of advice or pointing in the correct direction if possible. I picked up a set of 20mm spacers on the site for a reasonable price the other night. Here are some pics. I was wondering if anybody can recognise the make of these spacers - thought the pink plastic trim might give it away hence the reason I haven't taken it off yet. Secondly I am going to get another set for the front axle but will it be ok to put them on the rear only for now? Lastly can someone tell me how easy they are to fit? I don't know my a*se from my elbow with hands on stuff but I am willing to try. I managed a pop charger. Some instructions or a point to a guide would be nice!
  17. After a while of not being able to drive it....like heavy snow conditions.........you really appreciate how sweet it is to drive! Especially after being in a banger of a car!
  18. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... ink:top:en A wee bargain for someone If they were for facelift zeds I would bea ll over them
  19. Also, I still have that genuine nismo rad cap I bought for you from JCP. Its a wee thank you for sorting my gnashers the best you could with minimal pain and a very late Eid present
  20. I know! Scottish folk need to stop buying them - especially in the Glasgow area! Us Scots are supposed to be tight - get a micra! Welcome mate - looks like a lovely example you have got yourself! Hopefully see you at a meet!
  21. Yeah, he was saying! He mentioned going a shade lighter....I was giving him the simon cowell patter! I will try get in sometime at the end of this week I have ordered a few different bits for my car but I am in two minds....don't know whether to push forward with it or get a new one.
