  1. He won a trip to Boston didn't he, is that where the race finishes? Bit of a bummer if he actually lived in Boston
  2. I know I'm probably asking for trouble here, but have you got any pics Stew to compare to other cars? Was there much of a price difference in the USDM Nismo side skirts?
  3. Jesus I'm no where near the bottom of South America yet, just passing the marker. I need a jet engine to get a semi decent finish now..............anyone got one spare?
  4. Looking very Les. I'm sure I've seen you driving about IB but I was in the gf's 206 an had no chance of keeping up! A vist from 350z-uk top brass in the next 3 weeks.........we'll have to get ourselves ready for inspection! Martinmac on deck!
  5. to the forum! All this talk of scratching the car on the garage is making me nervous. Once I've (finally) boarded out the loft and moved all my junk up there, I'm planning on keeping the Zed in the garage. Will be going very slowly on my wy in and if its too much hassle will not bother!
  6. Looks great Bronzee. You have done a brilliant job there! Hope the weather is better near you then it is here. Gale force winds at the moment with a healthy dose of rain Definately not car washing weather
  7. I believe Sarnie has answered that question! Happy birthday Nixy. Hope you have a good one. Is there a slow cooker insipred meal on the menu tonight?
  8. Amen to that. Sorry to be so blunt, especially when Digsy actually knows her but I would have refused to watch it until she had gone. I felt sorry for the black haired woman that got pulled into the final bit with the project leader. Although she didn't earn as much as the project managers team, I feel she was only there because she had the spine to stand up and say something about their poor performance. I had a tear in my eye when they 'cleaned' those prestige cars, but as mentioned if you think the guy honestly though they could do a proper job you are living in a dreamland. Just wondering how much of a backhander the garage owner took to have the team in there, or do you think it was the promise of free publicity??
  9. Jesus this one has been brought up from the depths. Good ting though, I've just added myself onto the member map.
  10. Nah, didn't bother - the old git could barely hold the camera let alone write anything poor guy, I hope you were kind to him whilst you ushered him away from the car. Excellent job, that fleck is excellent and so hard to do with black cars.
  11. Not a bad nights work. Shame I'm still 72,610th!
  12. 1. H5 (tentative) 2. martinmac 3. Shuck (tentative) At my Fiancés brothers wedding the day before, but its only 15 mins from my house so I'm going to try and pop along, even if its only for a couple of hours to meet everyone
  13. Hi Chantelle and welcome to the forum. Buying the Zed was one of the best things I've done. For the noise alone its worth it and I haven't even got an induction kit on it yet! If you find any potential purchases post them up here, and the peeps will help point out any potential problems. Good luck
  14. Congratulations on the purchase. From the pics on ebay it looks spotless. I'm sure you will be very very happy with it.
  15. Happy birthday thats an awesome present! Tilly, don't suppose you fancy adopting another son........I'll be 29 in October
  16. Wll done mate. Looks excelent and a nice day for it too.
  17. That was brilliant. Bit worrying what farmers get upto in their spare time though
  18. Thats one Micra I wouldn't like to race!
  19. I really fancy doing this and when I have time in the summe would love to go down to Santa Pod. Can anyone here that has done it before tell me if this kills your tyres? Should I be factoring the cot of a new set into the budget after doing a day of this? Also is there any changes I need to make to my car from stock? I only ask this because for track days you are recommended to upgrade the brakes aren't you? Cheers
  20. Hopefully on a trailer and not an excuse for some 'test pilot' to rag your car I decided it was best to drop the car off myself and its only 10 minutes to the dealers. Picked the car up yesterday afternoon after only 4 hours and this is the result. I'm happy with the work, and they were very apologetic. He said a guy comes in from a company and uses a machine to sort out any problems like this, and then re-does the pattern. Can't tell it was ever scratched. Just a trick of the light, here is a pick for you Chris Thanks for the comments and support guys. I'm pretty bad normally at this sort of thing and never had to deal with car dealers before.
  21. Danny, you got some pics of the damaged Nismo body kit? May help your sale thread out a bit.
  22. Stew, that is class! You definately look guilty though. They haven't done any of my area yet but it should be interesting to see when they do. Are they planning on covering the whole of the UK or just major cities/towns?
  23. Does look nice in that this time it actually stands out from the other Focus' out on the roads. Saw a review on it a few months ago and it came across very well. Engine sounds nice too.
